My daughter and I stayed here during our vacation and we had a great time. The rental property was clean and had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony. This would be a good rental for a family. Nice beach that wasn't crowded and plenty of things to do within a reasonable driving distance. I would stay here again.

The condo was much better than it looked, very nice, clean and lots of room, could easily hold 6. It was pretty modern for an old building and was right on the beach in a not so crowded or "touristy area". I would say it would be fun for a young family or a 55 and older couple. Honestly my dad is 61 and would have been a little bored. There aren't much in the way of restaurants or bars with in walking distance you have to either drive south 15 minutes or north to Clearwater that can take 25-35 minutes with all the slow 25mph. The place has a nice pool and a great big outdoor grill outside you can use and it very nice to cook right near the beach at sunset and enjoy the great view and breeze. For the price it was great, but I am 33 and will not stay in the area again.
