This newly renovated first floor condo is your perfect vacation oasis. This property is very well situated in a gated community. We are located only 3.5 miles from the beach (Clearwater Beach - voted most beautiful beach in the USA in 2013). Several restaurants, a shopping center and a supermarket (Publix) are located within a close walking distance. A public bus is availlable in front, taking you to all nearby attractions. Several golf courses are nearby (5 minute drive) as well as the Pinellas Trail for those who enjoy walking, running and biking.
This 1 bedroom condo is your home away from home. With cozy bamboo flooring and fully furnished, all you have to do is walk in and enjoy. Situated in a gated community, this property offers a heated pool, fitness centre and clubhouse just steps away. Located on the ground floor, this unit offers easy access as well as a lovely patio.
For the comfort of all guests this is a NON-smoking and NO pets Condo.

“lovely condo, close to beach”
Condo was well appointed, kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils. Décor was warm and inviting as well as comfortable. All in all a lovely place to stay.
