This cozy villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped and overlooks the diningroom and livingroom. Having an open concept villa makes it easy to entertain and to talk to family and friends. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms, plus central air conditioning in the villa. New hardwood floors are in the bedrooms and livingroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has a single bed and a double futon. This villa fits 5 people comfortably. The Florida/lanai room in the back, opens up to the patio in the backyard. You have use of the telephone, wireless internet access and T...V cable. Washer and dryer are also in the villa for your use. The complex has an oversized pool and tennis courts that are free to use as well!

We have 2 villas in this complex. The other villa (2024) is just a 15 second walk away! If you have a big family/group, the other villa may be available. It fits 4 people comfortably and can fit a max of 6 guests.Read more

This villa is located in Clearwater city and is a 15-mins drive from Clearwater Beach and Pier 60. Busch Gardens is a 40-minutes drive away and Disney World & Universal studios are 90-mins away. The villa is also a 5 minutes drive to golf courses (ie. Clearwater Country Club) and 8-mins. drive to Pinellas trail. There is also a bowling alley across street from complex (2-mins walk), McDonalds closeby (4-mins walk) and Walgreens Pharmacy is only a 15-mins walk away.

Any special accommodations should be communicated before booking to ensure a comfortable stay.

A $60 cleaning fee and $100 refundable damage/key deposit. The deposit will be returned 10 business days after check-out as long as house is damage-free and keys are left behind.

** Renter must be at least 25 years of age.

PAYMENT POLICY:
To secure your dates, we ask you put down a deposit of 25% of total rental cost. This deposit is non-refundable and will go toward your total rental payment.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel 30 days or more before check-in, you will receive 75% of total rental cost (if you’ve paid in full) back, minus the 25% reservation deposit.
If you need to cancel within 30 days of check-in, the rental payment would be forfeited, thus no payment will be refunded.

  This condo is in a great location--close to all amenities and not far from beautiful Clearwater Beach. The owners are very pleasant and responsive to any of your needs.The price was very affordable. I highly recommend staying here. We had a great time!
  Would've given more stars for comfort but beds/pillows were a bit firm for our taste.
