The house was basically what we saw on the internet with a little bit of wear and tear. We were pretty satisfied until had problems getting a/C temperature down, so we spent the first night in a hot house! Next morning company took care of it. Second day we realized the previous guests left a ton of trash which welcomed unwanted guests who made a big mess that we cleaned up! Would have been nice if housekeeping would have taken care of it! The third day the water got shut off, apparently it was a misunderstanding w/water company. Lucky us that's when the pool cleaner(who only goes once a week)decided to show up. Couldn't do anything w/water off so we had to add more water to pool so chemicals wouldn't shut off & clean the patio area once water was turned back on, which was about 2 hours later. We weren't to upset, it just delayed our plans for that day. We also discovered that 2 of the patio chairs were left outside the screened patio. If pool person hadn't told us & put back in we wouldn't have known there were supposed to be 4 of them. Again, housekeeping could have put them back inside screened area where they belonged. Oh yah, only had 8 towels for 12 people. Overall our experience with the house was decent. Had a good amount of dishes to use & house was resonably cleaned. We will definately think about using Dvro again for other vacations. We do recommend it for others, just don't expect house to be perfectly cleaned & perhaps except you could run into a few minor setbacks like we did. Luckily they weren't major and didn't mess up vacation. We definately had fun and enjoyed having private pool.

The home and it's location was awesome!!! My mom has never been to Florida and surprising her was priceless she has a disability but it didn't stop her from having a good good time! Our children love the pool lol and of course I loved the spa! This will definitely be our destination vacation spot! Oh yeah I had 1 problem we left before trash day and couldn't find a dumpster so I called the management office and the young lady was more than accommodating and took care of this matter immediately...I'm all smiles this way! Thanks!

Loved the house, laid out well, very comfortable and clean. The value was great. Check in was simple.
The location was good, close to everything that we needed.
All parties involved were very accessible.
The only problem we had with this rental was the pool light did not work upon arrival. A simple phone call to agency and it was promptly taken care of.
We would rent this one again if we go back to visit Orlando.

Everything was great about our stay except for paying for a heated pool that wasn't heated. We had to constantly call about the pool to get it heated with no help. We finally was able to enjoy the pool after three days of being there and then it was only operating correctly intermittently. As you can see, everything was great except for the pool experience.

The house was great. No complaints except the communication between DVR and management company. There was a problem with pool heater and it took most of the week and numerous calls from me to figure out what was happening. They did refund our money for the pool heat and I don't blame them for having a problem. The communication about the issue was poor though. Overall, I would still go back - it was a great trip.
