House was just as described and clean. However, the air condition in the house was too warm. We had 10 people staying and everyone complained that the air needed to be cooler. The thermostat was locked so you could not change the settings. Also, they did not supply trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, coffee filters, or paper towels. The location was close to Disney. Overall the house fit our needs.

The house was in good condition and large enough to accomodate my family. I was very impressed with Lowery's customer service. The location is great if you plan to do Disney, however it is about 45min from Orlando's shopping malls. We found several restaraunts in the area to accomodate us, plus there is a Wal-Mart about 2-3 mins away! All of the appliances were in excellent condition, and we had plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The kids loved the pool! However, there was some areas of the home that were not too clean. We found several cobwebs in the gameroom plus dead insects in the sheets. In addition, we found the home in need of a thorough dusting. We also had to contend with ants and a snake. I would probably do another vacation with Lowery, but I do not think I would select this home.

The house was great!! Gaining access was the worse, when arriving at the property the water sprinkler was on and it was right at the front door. To get in and out of the front door we had to get wet for the first 24 hours...

the house was very clean and comfortable.
the kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. i was happy it was close to disney world as we went every day. i would rent this location again for a trip to this area -

Me and my family enjoyed your home and will definately stay at another one of your home or even this one we were very comfortable and felt like it was our home this by the way was our first time renting a home while on vacation and you made it the best experience ever we have already highly reccmmended you to our family and friends.. thank you for allowing us to stay at your home and we look forward to it again in the near future

My friends and I planned a trip to Orlando for theme parks and a music festival. The house was great for us. We did get some visits from some animals. Like frogs and snakes. And there were some things we weren't fully satisfied with but for the most part the house was great.

Easy check in - as our flight did not arrive until 9:30 pm. Great house for family with kids. Very clean, comfortable, and great location. Close to all the attractions. Lowery's staff was easy to work with, I will definitely stay with them again! So nive to have the comforts of home while travelling.

This house was nice and cozy. It was easy to get to everything. The Walmart was not far, which made it great for shopping. The pool was a great addition, everyone loved this convenience. It could use more furniture (night tables) and more in the game room for the children to do. Another drawback was the fact that there is only one DVD player in the living room. It would have been better if each room had a DVD player, especially in the bedrooms.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this place. We have 10 people in the party with ages ranges from 2 all the way to 70. This house has something for everyone and each one enjoyed the stay. The swimming pool is a hit among the children and we were surprised one side of the pool is pretty deep. The decoration and furnishing of the house is descent.
The house is a 20 minutes drive from the disney when taking traffic into consideration. But overall, we like it here and will definitely come back again. -

the house was very nice inside and out, the area was perfect very calm and the stay was fantastic. everything you needed for a stay was at the house no worries about trying to find kitchen utensils.
