Every 50 years, my wife and I celebrate our wedding anniversary by taking our 2 daughters and their families to an amazing place. This was our first 50th and we could not have had a more wonderful experience!For our next 50th, Ann says we will be back. But we will be in a little tiny box.
Seriously! There were eleven of us. Ages 9 to 71. The 9 year old was very disappointed when we left to go to the grocery store and the liquor store for yours truly, Pa Pa. So we were not gone long and then we were back to The Estate!
It was great to meet andrew before he departed for his adventure. It was easy to see where the inspiration, imagination and magic of Ever after came from.
Felecia was such a great help during our stay. Thank you very much.
The Estate has something for all ages. You can party or relax.And I did both!

The pictures, reviews, and descriptions don't do justice for this unreal estate! My fiance and I planned a 3 day 4 night joint bachelor party with out closest 38 friends and everyone couldn't stop gushing about how great the house and trip was. If you take time to plan and utilize all the fun stuff about the house you can have the time of your life! Guests top 5 favorite things are (in no particular order): the ballpit room (pure fun), open fields to play any sport (soccer, basketball court, volleyball, kickball, etc), movie room, large kitchen, and of course the fabulous pool and slide. I'm pretty sure one of our friends will be having a future gathering at the Ever after Estate!

This was our second year there as a larger group. We decided to come back again this year since last year was so perfect. Andrew and his property performed again. He promised us perfect weather and he delivered. The rooms are wonderful, the property is gorgeous, and the stay was perfect. If you are looking for a unique place to stay, check out this property. If you want to talk to me personally about the property, get a hold of andrew as he has my number. We can't want to visit there again.

We had our family of 14 ranging in age from 8 to 69 yrs old. There was something for everyone to do no matter the age. We stayed for 5 days which was not nearly long enough. The Ever after Estate was so amazing and beautiful, pool for kids to swim,k so many games, golf, fishing ( my son caught an alligator on a fishing pole about 24 inches long) That was exciting, along with many different fish which were all put back in the water. Kids had a fantastic time just running around the property exploring and playing. Location was great, not far from the store, gas stations etc. The home was so beautiful and had so many fun rooms. Kitchen was big and we enjoyed all cooking together. We loved the landscaping, walking paths, swings in different places and the many places to sit inside and out. It was so relaxing. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return sometime in the future! Andrew was awesome and made you feel so special and he was so helpful. C.Woods

After staying in many places around the us and abroad, we found this to be the perfect location for a vacation with the family--the whole extended family of 26 people!
With plenty of amenities including a pool perfect for kids and relaxing, a vast assortment of board games and video games when the sun is too hot, indoor and outdoor movie theaters for relaxing evenings in the a/C, putt-putt golf, volleyball, ball pit and carousels for the little ones, there was something for all--kids (1yr to 17yrs) and adults (including 70th birthday party!)
To add even more fun to the stay, the location was ideal for quick day-trips to Cape Canaveral, Disney, beaches and golf--something for each family.
The kitchen and grill was perfect for cooking large meals--no small task for 26 people to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner all week. Meal times were some of the most memorable times of the day and the houses had everything we needed to make all kinds of different dishes--pasta, pizza, cookouts, and a favorite--Mickey Mouse pancakes. (Even a screened in porch big enough to seat everyone at 1 looong table.)
On top of it all, the grounds keepers, cleaning staff, check-in staff and owner were all a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive to any and all requests (we kept them on their toes and even had them setup a catered luau dinner complete with fire-eating dancer, hula dancers and a live band.)

We reserved the Ever after Estate for a weekend leadership retreat for a women's group. The owner and property manager were fantastic hosts and took great care of us. The beautiful surroundings and variety of entertainment options were over the top - fantastic! Something for everyone! We especially enjoyed the large kitchen to prepare and share meals as a large group. The deck and pool area were a big hit with everyone. With 20 participants, there were plenty of comfortable sleeping options. We came here to relax, team-build and get to know each other better. We left fully satisfied and feeling completely rejuvenated! I highly recommend this amazing property and am planning to return for a family reunion some time soon!! Thanks andrew!

We have made the following additions and improvements since your stay:
*We have added satellite TV to the MOVIE THEATER room so that regular channels, sporting events, etc; can watched on the huge screen.
*We have added a doorway from the entertainment building's pinball machine arcade nook to the hallway near the South Western & Rainforest Bedrooms-- This enables easier access between those bedrooms and the theater/arcade
*We have added HD receivers to most TVs
*We have upgraded our computers that are available for guest use.
*And, of course, we've cleared away signs of Winter and readied The Ever After Estate for a beautiful spring & summer...
We are adding new things all the time. Please DO come back and enjoy our Estate again soon for your family reunion-- or my other new mansion: The Sweet Escape !

We stayed at the Ever after Estate with a group of 10 adults. Andrew, the owner promised that it would be an "Amazing" experience and he truly wasn't exagerating. We played some basketball on the full size court, bean bag toss, horseshoes and miniature golf (a seriously challenging and professional course). We made use of every arcade game and the air hockey table. We watched movies from the pool and found that one of the most difficult parts of the trip was choosing from the over 700 movies available at The Ever after Estate. Watching the sunrise over the marsh from the tree swing, or reading a book poolside, this estate offered our team the space to relax individually and the activities to bond as a group. Thank you to this wonderful owner for delivering on his promises and helping facilitate a trip with timeless fun and endless memories.

I'm glad you enjoyed the mini golf course-- At times, I've wondered if it's "too" challenging ! [Though, at random times-- I seem to make a hole in one ---and never know HOW I did it !]...
Just a minor note-- We actually have over 1,000 movies-- There's a kid & family section in the main house's arcade closet with a few hundred more titles : )

There is so much to do here for all ages!!! I wish I had have stayed longer!!! I will for sure look into going back again!
The place is full of fun themes and games for everyone so you are never bored even if it did rain and you could not be out playing put put golf or swimming or any of the other many out door things!
Just can not say enough good things!

We had a very large family reunion at Everafter. Andrew and his team were superb in responce to my questions, and to any concerns we had throughout the stay. House is amazing. Exactly as the pictures describe (actually better!)! We did not leave the property for 5 days, and not once were we bored! So much to do and discover! The property was clean, and very beautiful! Thanks a million andrew!!

We loved every inch of this beautiful estate. My husband and I took our 2 grown sons and their families, our nephew and his family and some friends. It was perfect for our large group.We were spread out enough to have some privacy, but were all close enough to enjoy the pool at night with a movie (we loved the pool theater), We had meals together. Some days the kids begged us to stay home from the theme parks to play at the estate. Lol...unfortunately we pre-bought park tickets. We hope to return to the estate in near future !!! We appreciate andrew sharing his family"s home.

Fabulous place, everything you could possibly need for a nice relaxing holiday. From the swimming pool, pool tables, air hockey, arcade games, mini golf, private cinema, mini carosels, the list goes on. The owner is quite rightly proud of his place and is extremely helpful at check in and is available for any questions or problems during your stay, but also respects your privicy. Just a couple of points. This estate is around 45 minutes drive from Disney, which seems a little too far when there are so many "normal" rentals much closer, but this is no normal rental and after the first day, the drive to Disney didn't seem so bad (Don't take Hw50 !!!). Secondly, the pool is really nice, but maybe too many hard edges for small children. Two children and two adults used the pool and three needed use of the first aid kit. A great place for a family gathering who don't need daily trips to Disney. You can spend a week or two here with only the need to top up on supplied at the local supermarket, there's enough happening at The Ever after Estate, without having to leave

The Ever after Estate was even better in person than on the web site. We enjoyed a week-long vacation with a total of 19 family members and friends and all ages had a fantastic time, from the one year-old to the 22 year-old to the grandmother.
The children all loved the pool, especially the amazing slide. Watching a movie in the pool was a hit. The kids also had a great time in the ball pit and watching movies and playing video games in the home theatre. The boys enjoyed sleeping in the theatre chairs. Everyone enjoyed playing the many arcade games throughout the estate.
The fishermen among us spent lots of time down by the water, making friends with fish, birds, and little gators. The toddler loved the trampoline and the carousels; his Mom loved walking him to sleep in the stroller on the grounds. We all enjoyed the playgrounds and mini-golf course.
The kitchen was huge and well-stocked with dishes and supplies. The owner was gracious enough to link us up with a chef for the week. We contacted him ahead of time and pre-planned meals, which meant we could all relax and enjoy each other's company rather than having to stress about cooking and cleaning. The concierge also did the initial shopping trip for us so we could just settle in when we arrived rather than having to make a large shopping trip. The grocery store was close by when we needed to restock snacks and drinks.
Some of us only left the estate once to visit nearby relatives; others took advantage of the close proximity to Disney to spend a day or two at the parks. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well-planned for families. The screened back porch was a favorite gathering place and a perfect place for a nap. The kids loved driving the golf cart and the parents loved knowing the kids were safe and well-entertained. I think we tried everything that was available except the 3 court volleyball court! Next time!!
