I did not stay here in February, but have been trying to book a week in June for a family reunion. I have inquired 3 times regarding renting this property in the past month. The owner has yet to contact me. I sent FlipKey an inquiry as to why, and their response was they don't handle this sort of thing. FlipKey advised to wait yet another 48 hours and check my spam email. Well duhhh I've done that!! They also said to call the owner. Where is the phone number?? This is just poor business on both the owner and FlipKey! I wouldn't recommend trying to rent this unit to anyone, as you would never get a response from the owner! Sorry Rick Jackson, but you are not an award Winning owner!! You lost a customer!!

The description given online was exactly what we found. This is an open concept house which is very bright and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed and more. We appreciated the BBQ, washer and dryer and the dishwasher. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. was very clean and adequate linens, etc. We enjoyed the large dining room table having served nine for supper with plenty of space. Lovely warm pool which we enjoyed soaking up as much sun as possible before heading back to atlantic Canada. Loved the "Boxes on the wall"!!! Will stay there again on another visit to the Orlando area, if it is available. Owner very accommodating and easy to reach. Few little issues at the home were taken care of promptly and reached them help away at the numbers provided. Great vacation home. We are a nearly 60s couple with elderly parents and this home was more than adequate with room to spare for the week we were there.

The house is very nice, so much comfortable and well maintained. Everything was clean and like as photos. Also, Rick is really helpful and quick to answer all contacts. Highly recommended.

My Wife and I have stayed at this villa on a couple of occasions and it is simply a perfect base for a holiday visiting the theme parks in the Orlando area. The house is clean, welcoming and well decorated (I particularly like the boxes on the wall!). There is a supermarket just around the corner and the private pool at the rear of the property is a great area to relax. We'll definately be staying here again on our next family holiday to Florida with the tastefully disney themed kids room.

Me and a group of friends stayed here in March 2009. The house is a great size with every amenity that you need for a home from home. The pool is great and means that you can stay at home and have a fun day, BBQ, beers etc. The house has ample space, six adults stayed when I was there and it was enough room for us all. The other great thing is its location - we hired a car and it took no time at all to get to Mickey and his friends and all the other great attractions in Florida. Go stay there - I will be doing so again.

We had an amazing holiday. It was my first trip to Florida and to the world of Disney. There were 7 of us, all adults, and I have very happy memories of returning home after a fun filled day at a theme park and just chilling out together. The accommodation had ample space for us all and everything we needed to relax and prepare meals together after the thrills of a day spent on the rides at Universal, Disney and the waterparks. We also took a trip out to Cape Canaveral - awsome! You will need to hire a car but it was not difficult to get anywhere and we will definitly be back...

This was an excellent house to stay in to explore Florida and Disneyworld. Ideally located, it is a short journey to any of the major attractions. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet. The house is spacious, well laid-out, with excellent facilities including a lovely pool in the back garden. Ideal for families with children, or a group of friends, I would certainly recommend this home to anybody wanting a great place for rest and relaxation between trips to all the exciting sights of Disney and Orlando. It truly is a home away from home.

Another amazing holiday in Florida. Loved all the parks and what a brilliant place to come back to at the end of the day. Comfortable, clean, modern, a pool - in fact everything you want. Close to all parks too. Thanks for letting us spend time in the lovely home well be back!!!
