This was our first experience renting a vacation home. We were apprehensive as we did not know the area or the renter. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The home was large, clean and had everything we needed. Surrounded by many ameneties, the home was in a safe private community that was close enough to enjoy the theme parks, yet far enough away as to not feel trapped by the crowds that surrounded them. We have a daughter with special needs and being in a crowded, noisy resort can be difficult for her. Having our own home and pool made her less anxious and gave our family an opportunity to be together and relax. The beds were comfortable, the pool & hot-tub were amazing and the kids loved the game room! We had the opportunity to enjoy the company of friends over the week and even with 5 adults and 6 kids in the house we never felt cramped. Only complaints are the Master bedroom TV didn't work well and there was not a BBQ grill available. The TV was not a huge issue as there were 3 others in the unit to watch. We did have the occasion to call the management company with questions and they were friendly, prompt in responding and helpful. It was an added bonus to have the washer, dryer and dishwasher. We saved so much eating in and I came home without having to do 1,000 loads of laundry. :) Overall, our experience was great! We will never vacation any other way!
