This luxury villa is located in one of Florida's most prestigious, peaceful and newest communities, Glenbrook Resort. It is close to Disney, being approximately 12 minutes away from the gates, and there are a good selection of restaurants within 5-10 minute drive. A Super Walmart is just a mile away; great for stocking up with your groceries for your entire stay. There are... also many golf courses within a short drive. The villa is furnished to an executive style and features 2 large master bedrooms with luxurious beds and large en-suite bathrooms. Three further bedrooms, a queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms, one being Mickey & Minnie themed, and 4 bathrooms, offer 5 star accommodation for up to 12 people. The great room and kitchen offer executive comfort and relaxation along with the large screened pool and spa that backs up to a small lake and conservation for a brilliant view!

Free wireless High Speed Internet

A high chair, porta-crib, baby gate, bed-rails and stroller are included in this villa at no additional charge for those traveling with young children. High-speed internet access is also provided for guests staying in this luxurious villa.

Please note that the spa cannot be heated separately in this home. If you require the spa to be heated you must select the pool heat option.

  My family stayed at Glenbrook Lake and absolutely loved it. The pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans you need to cook a nice meal. The kids loved their Mickey Mouse beds and loved playing in the pool.
  
  The neighborhood is very convenient with pharmacies and grocery stores nearby. It was always quiet at night too. The drive to Disney wasn't bad either.
  
  We loved staying here and would recommend to any family visiting Disney.

  Another Great Vacation!!

  This is our tenth year travelling to the Orlando area. We have stayed in a dozen rental homes, and this is the third Florida home we have rented from Mid Florida Home Mgt. We have been pleased with every home we have stayed with them, but this one is our favorite. We stayed in this home for 18 days over the Christmas / New Year's holiday period. The views from the pool are stunning. The lake is right there. The pool is south facing giving you full sun to lounge around all day long. We were able to pull our lounge chairs out onto the grass beyond the pool enclosure for some great sunbathing. We were even visited by some of the local wildlife. No Gators and No Snakes, just birds.
  
  The inside of the home is beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable all around. The beds were comfortable, the walk in closets huge, and two of the five bedrooms had extra large ensuite bathrooms. The home was well equipped with everything you need to get you through the first couple of days (ie Paper Towel, Toilet Paper, and Dish Liquid). Topping up was easy as Wal-Mart and Publix are less than 5 minutes away. We prepared many meals in the ample kitchen, but could easily find a dozen restaurants within a 5 - 10 min drive.
  
  We always come into these homes knowing that they are someone else's home and are due the respect we would give our own home. Sadly, many do not have this attitude and you will almost always find some dirty dishes, something that needs to repaired, or something that needs to be replaced due to neglect from the previous renter. This has been the case for every home we have stayed in Florida, regardless of the property owner or management company. The major difference we have found with Mid Florida is the service. One quick call, and any issue was promptly taken care of by the property managers, Martin and Lyndsie.
  
  I will definitely return to this home for future vacations, and will always book my Vacation Home with Martin and Lyndsie of Mid Florida Home Mgt.

  What a fantastic Stay

  We have rented many villas in Florida over the years and this was by far the best equipped and maintained we have stayed in, the location is great for getting to all the parks. I had some issues getting on the internet which turned out to be my fault, I called up Martyn at the Management company and he was extremely helpful and came out almost immediately to help me, we done to them for a great job

  good value for off season stay.

  pool area crowded - no seating area for more then 3 people
  laundry soap and dish washer soap missing
  patio furniture - pool area not clean...
  spa area not working...
  living area is great... bedroom layouts are good...
  light in main floor washroom was burnt out - no spares could be found (high ceiling would make it hard to change if we had a bulb.
  No phone connection
  Would recommend with proviso that you need to bring soap - and plan to clean the patio stuff

  Many thanks for your review as we appreciate all comments. Our goal is to have all our guests 100% satisfied with their accommodation. As you will see by our many other reviews we achieve this consistently.
  
  With reference to the particular points your raise we offer a patio table & 4 chairs, plus 4 loungers on the deck area. This home also has the added attraction of backing onto a beautiful lake where many guests take the furniture outside to capture extra rays! We were not aware that spa heat was booked with your reservation.
  
  We are on call 24/7/365 for our guests, so should they have any issues (light bulb out or the phone not working), we can deal with these immediately. If we are not informed, we unfortunately, can do nothing about them.
  
  This is a self catering home, as most are here in Central Florida, which is made clear in the advertising, and therefore guests do have to provide their own laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. We provide a starter pack for guests - small box laundry powder, small dish washing liquid, 3 dishwasher tabs, sponge and cleaning cloth.
  
  Since your stay the cable system has been upgraded to 100 + channels, 8 HBO channels, 10MB Internet and free long distance phone calls.
