After doing months of research I found this home Dvro. I was a very skeptical about renting anything online but after calling around to other sites they were the most professional and helpful. My rep was not pushy and actually gave me a lot of good advice. There were two homes that I viewed and she actually suggested the one that cost the least. At that point I was sold because most reps always try to up sale and offer things you do not need. I paid for the entire week the same day I was that confident in the service I just received.
Although I told my family that the money we paid was non refundable just in case they were not happy. When we arrived at the home we were all blown away. The home was clean, well put together, nicely decorated and equipped. I felt I did a great job planning our vacation. The week we came Florida had a deadly tropical storm but the house was so spacious we did not feel trapped. We were able to move around from room to room without annoying each other. I have a set of twin girls that sat on the couch to watch television all day, the home had every cable channel possible. We did not leave the house for two days but we felt at home while on vacation.
There are a few things that I noticed. The remotes for every TV were not numbered which could of reduced confusion. We did not pay for a heated pool because the rep told us it would be hot during the time we were there. It was not because of the storm so the hot tub did not work (me being cheap). For some reason I could not find the measuring cup. This house had everything you could think of have their planning of anticipating your every need went well. The only thing I didn't see was a measuring cup. If that was the worst part of my vacation then I can say we had a wonderful time in this home and I plan on renting it again next year.
