Sunsplash Villa is our own 5 bedroom/4 bathroom luxury pool home located in one of the best areas of Orlando.Quietly situated off highway 27 it is only 8 miles from Disney and just an hours drive to either the East or West coastal areas.
With almost 2400 sq.ft. of living accommodation,air conditioned throughout and furnished to a high standard, our villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a truly carefree vacation.
The heated and sceened pool together with sundeck, covered lanai and pool furniture make it ideal to relax and recharge your batteries after a long day at the parks.

Sunsplash Villa is part of a developement of 106 single familly pool homes known as Silver Creek and is situated approximately 1mile off Highway 27, two miles North of its junction with Highway 192.
Silver Creek is only just over half an hours drive from Orlando International airport and 5 miles from Interstate 4 yet only 6 miles from Disney main gate.
On site amenities include a children play area and fishing lakes.
There is nearby golf,shopping and access to Lake Louisa National Park

Fantastic villa, clean and very comfortable. The location is great to get to any of the theme parks with disney being only 20 mins drive. Good places to eat locally or on the 192 which seems to be a tamed down version of international drive. The villa worked well for us as a group of 7 staying, as one family was downstairs and the other upstairs. Pool great and not overlooked. Betty and Rob Brinklow made booking very easy and the welcome pack that was waiting help enormously. Overall a fantastic stay at a very well appointed villa. Definitely worth another visit.

My extended family and my very young kids and I stayed here and loved it. We all raved. The pool was in great shape, shallow on one end and deep on the other (great for kids). The house was very nice, lots of bathrooms close by the rooms (also great for kids). Rooms were nice size, nice closets, great master baths with soaking tubs & separate showers. Loved that. My only complaints are pretty small - 1. This home is not heated or cooled dual zone, so if it was cold downstairs, it was hot upstairs. 2. The carpet was getting a little worn. (Honestly though, for a rental, that's to be expected and with 2 small kids in the house, it made me feel like a small accident would lose us our security deposit). We would definitely rent here again. Pretty close to Disney, Seaworld, Universal, etc. and very close to Walmart, Gas Stations, a great little Chinese restaurant and lots of little fresh fruit stands. Owners were fantastic, quick to respond to emails and when we had to call the managment company, they were very friendly.

The owners of this Villa have been extremely helpful from booking the Villa right the way through to finalizing the security deposit. They have offered help with flights, car hire and other things we would need. They gave us directions from the airport to the Villa which was very useful.
Booking the Villa was quick and easy and all paperwork clear and easy to understand.
The villa is stunning in a beautiful location in silver creek. Everything was there for us upon arrival very clean and welcoming. Instructions were clear regaurding alarms and air conditioning. Fairly near to shops. Only 5 minute drive from Walmart which has almost everything you could ever need. Very sad to leave the Villa! It really is beautiful!
Our stay in the Villa is complete and we are extremely happy to say that we would love to stay in the Villa again if we return to Florida!
A huge thanks to Robin and Betty for allowing us to stay in this stunning Villa and all your help also thank you to the management company for you help too.

Since booking we had received a first class service all the way, the home is very spacious and comfortable, both adults and children loved the pool and the games room. The location is handy as it's close to Disney and all amenities. Fantastic place to stay, would definately recommend.

What a delightful villa this is! A little gem in fact!! We just got back from spending 2 weeks here and it was absolutely splendid. It's in a great location, really close to the Disney area. The pool is super, our children had a really great time and spent hours in there. The bedrooms are spacious, it's impeccably clean, the kitchen has everything, just like home, we loved it. Would definately stay again, in fact thinking about booking for next year...

We recently stayed at Sunsplash Villa with our son and his children and had a truly spectacular holiday. The villa itself is in a great location really close to the Disney Parks. It's immaculate inside, all fixtures and fittings of a very high standard - we were so pleased. The pool is super, a great size, we had so much fun!! The kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms are a brilliant size, fluffy towels, crispy bedding, everything you could ever ask for! A super place to stay and is well looked after, will definately be returning.

I've stayed in this lovely villa for the last 4 years and will be returning again in October. This beautiful house has 5 spacious bedrooms with tv/dvd's players, games room and it's own pool. Personally, the walk in wardrobes always give me a massive kick and I desperately want one in my own house!
Location is key for any holiday I take which is why I keep returning to this villa. It's just 15 minutes drive to downtown Disney with a number of restaurants just around the corner, everyone has to try Santa Fe at least once as it has the best steaks. The road is very quiet with beautifully kept gardens.
Our first day we always use as a settling in day and stay in the villa and I always know I have arrived when I am gently floating around on the lovely pool and the Sandcrane birds walk past making their very distinctive sound.
Not only does this villa tick all the boxes for location, cleanliness etc but also is great value for money. Who thought holidaying in Florida could work out to be so reasonable.
