A very lovely, quiet residential area. The villa was very nice and clean and everything you would of hoped for. Complimentary items should of been included in the price!!!
Dont know why precious comments were made that the beds were hard! They were fantastic. Would really recommend -

We have rented homes numerous times through a different management company. We upgraded to a gold package (I thought we did a premium, might have been my mistake) We get to the subdivision and it looks extremely run down, cars parked in yards and homes very unkept. We pulled up to our home and the outside needs a little tlc. Opening the door, we were surprised. It looked great! The pool is extremely small and water was freezing. They turn the heat off starting May 1st, should probably offer to have it on if renter is willing to pay. The adults didn't swim because the coldness of the water. The walls had some cracks and needed touch up on paint. Beds, extremely hard. I don't think I've ever slept on plywood before...lol The day we checked in, I went to the grocery store and my boyfriend stayed behind with the kids. As I came back, 6 car loads of people were at our house stating this was their home too. I called the management company and they did really nothing for us. We figured out later, that they were suppose to check out that morning and never did, returned with friends (they lived in Kissimee) to party it up. Nobody even called to check in on us or reassure us of anything (extremely disappointing). A little uncomfotable knowing more people had extra keys to the house and could come in at anytime. Besides the few hiccups, huge bugs in the house, it was pretty ok. I will probably never rent from them again (house selections poor), we had a great time at Disney, Clearwater Marine aquarium and Clearwater Beach.

we enjoed our stay wish we had more time to stay.we also had some minor problems with our aC and the front door,but they came right away to take care of our problems.

Excellent, house was as promised. Only two negative comments and they did not drastically affect our vacation.
Beds are extremely firm, compensated by placing extra blankets under sheets.
pump on pool did not work correctly timer did not seem to work if manually started worked okay

As with any sight-unseen booking over the internet, we were a little nervous. We got to Orlando and got the key without hassle, and followed the easy directions to the residence. We were all relieved to find a decent neighborhood, and clean house. The house was larger and better than we expected for the price. The pool was great and well worth the extra to have it heated. Three whining points - a propane barbeque would have been nice, the internet should have been wireless, and the shower heads could have used some maintenance. Really though, exceptionally pleased and will be back. Each of our kids had their own bathroom which was perfect. Easy checkout and advantage staff was great = Kathy was very helpful, and the pool maintenance guy was there quickly once they got the message. I have already recommended to several friends and do indeed say that I am a satisfied customer.

Although we enjoyed our vacation home and its surroundings, we were disappointed that the allotment pool was closed. When I inquired at the office about its closing, they were not very helpful with locating another location. As a matter of fact, they were real eager to just "pass the buck". I had asked our rental agent if she could at least pass along information for a public place and I am yet awaiting a return phone call.
The vacation home we rented was well kept though. -

Nice to have a house with 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths; not sure it would sleep "10 comfortably" unless you used the narrow couches as beds. Tile floor throughout, not good for sleeping. Liked open floor plan. Wish the thermostat was not limited to 74 or 76 as it took awhile to cool off. Dryer did not work right and we had to hang up all our clothes to dry.
