The house was large, spacious, clean and served all of our needs. Even with 10 people we were never on top of each other. The pool and spa were particularly popular with my grandchildren and the resident neighbour Winston was very friendly and helpful. The USa Vacation staff were very efficient in answering any problems we had.
One of the double beds has a problem mattress and I feel really bad about the small bit of damage caused by my sons fall.
A great holiday home to be highly recommended. -

Our stay at this property was very delightful. The rental at Sub1454,was pleasant but the property does not ward the 5 star please give the 5 starts to the staff (Britt and Terry )as that is the main reason we have selected USa Homes. We appreciate the polite nd professional service from those young ladies. Wishing you the best.

April 2009 : for 12 days we were on holiday in this property. The house is realy great : big pool, spa, pool-table, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large tv in living room and several small tv's, playstation, complete kitchen, pc with internet, ..., enough to stay overthere during our holiday. Luckilly it's situated near US-192 with the famous theme-parks (Disney, Seaworld, Universal). This year we also discovererd two great Florida state-parks. Especially Homossassa springs state park is a must-do. There you can see free-living manatees and lots of other animals (1h30 from this property). The most beautiful beach of Florida (Clearwater Beach) is also at one and a half hour from this house.
Very easy : Wal-Mart supermarket is at one mile and it is always open (24 hours a day)
I do only have one question : when will I go back ? The only problem is the large distance and the expensive plane-tickets from Europe. -

Great House ,well kept with every thing a large family could need , situated close to all the Parks with 2 supermarkets very close by !!!!!!!!! Only drawback was it was in the middle of a residential estate , which was friendly but we had to so careful about any noise we made in the evenings as some of our nieghbours had to be up for work ! however it was well worth every penny we paid to stay there and when we win the lotto we will be back Cheers Go for it !!!!
