Gorgeous 4 bdrm/3bath pool/spa home in Sunrise Lakes. This home has a safe and game room in garage. The gameroom is in the garage with a pool table that converts to an air hockey and pinball table! There are TV/DVD's in every room as well as the living room. Internet in unit. Extra bathroom added with side jets in shower stall and double sink. Play Station, Double Oven, Upgraded Kitchen, Ceiling Fans in all rooms, Pool bathroom with door to pool, 30x15 pool, extra pool deck space (added 5 ft.)

all in all it was a good experience, first impression...carpet stains, crumbs of food under couch when moved it over a little bit to accomodate seating in front of the tv...had to vacuum that up, short and long hair on bathroom floor and counter, grossed me right out, also no game system that I specifically requested and was told I would get, also was sent the link to view the exact house we would be in...this was not the house, kids were disappointed...was still a nice house but not what we were expecting.

We had some much fun the pool was the most that we enjoy the best, never have anything bad to say about USa vacation home. I have been renting with USa for a while and the stay has been very enjoyable all the time i have stay at any of your home.
I want to thank all of you for letting us enjoy our vacation at USa vacation home and see you all again in December...I rented the same home for December.. -

The value and location were excellent. I would recommend highly to friends and colleagues, with some reservations. First, the community is clearly distressed - over 80% of the lots are in a state of disrepair and the landscaping in the community is predominately weeds - including this property. I understand marketing the property as "luxury" based upon the layout of the home, but all things considered "economy" or "value" is probably a more accurate description. Second, though the house was generally pretty clean, there were a few issues - the master BR sheets had not been changed (there were, ahem, "hairs" in the bed), there was unfinished laundry, and the downstairs toilet seat was cracked (discovered when their was an unexpected pinching incident!). Lastly, the carpet is heavily stained and in need of replacement - an rental property certainly needs a carpet with a tight pile rather than the shag style that is currently installed.
Though there were issues, I have to say that the proximity to the amusement parks and the value relative to hotels in the area is excellent and we would definitely come back again. -

We cannot say anything bad about the accomodations. The home was an absolute delight & beautiful. However, our 3 teenage daughters went for a walk one evening & were warned by the police that they should not be out alone in the neighbourhood. Needless to say, they ran home visibly shaken.

Thank you so much for your response, I am sorry that a police officer has scared your daughters. I am sure that the officer had his reason for warning the girls that night, nevertheless this area is very safe to walk around and it is a shame that they had such a scare.

Clean, spacious, well maintained, had everything we needed on site, so we could focus on enjoying our vacation. All we had to buy during our two week stay was food, everything else was provided. Looking forward to doing it again this coming summer.
