Handicap accessible! Sun Chaser villa is a rare vacation home with ramped access to the home and pool area with roll in shower cubicle w/ chair and wheelchair accessible toilet. This home has 4BR and 3BA with plenty of open space to move around. You can see the pool and beautiful views from almost anywhere in the home. Your backyard oasis has a screened pool overlooking natural wetlands. The property is in South Clermont's favorite vacation community of Orange Tree.

“Functional wheelchair friendly house”
With six adults one in a wheelchair, and two children, the house held up very well. Good location. I was very pleased with our choice. The management company was very friendly
