Great location, close to most attractions and easy to find. A well maintained home, with great amenities. Only 2 minor issues: the pool cues did not have tips and the pool heater did not seem to work very well. Otherwise, this is as great property.

The house was very nice,but a couple of items should be replaced. One is the garbage tote and the other is the furniture in the family room. When you sit on it, you sink down in them. Other than these items we had a great time and will be coming back

House was a great size, there were 4 adults and 4 teenagers and we had lots of room, weren't falling over each other. Pool is a little small for 8 people to swim at the same time, Not much room for everyone to sit outside. Overall the house was great and central to all amenities and attractions. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Lowerys staff were very helpful and attentive. Would use Lowerys again.

The house was certainly in a great location. There were a few "snags". From an appearance perspective, the carpets were very stained as was some furniture. We did have an issue with one of the smoke detectors in the bedroom. It must have had a dying battery and went off at 2am. We called maintenance and assumed they came while we were out, but at 2am the next night, it went off again. They were 2 long nights!! We have often stayed at rental homes at the beach, islands, mountains, etc and have never gotten into a home with very little (and I mean very little) toilet paper, no trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, etc. All of which I went and bought and left at the house. I understand they can't "stock" the house, but a few essentials??? The DVD did not work also. I let the office know of these issue, but didn't seem to get any response. They did say they would look at the DVD. We really weren't watching TV anyway. Thanks, Carol Converso

I would have preferred to have the following in the kitchen:
1. More dishes that could be used in the oven. We very much like to cook even on our vacation.
2. A number of more glasses for more then one meal
3. A dish brush could have been there, we bought a new and left it there.
4. dishwashing liquid for the dishwasher could have been there, we left ours
and
5. The drying rack was not in order, no need to use the tumble-dryer for everything
and
6. We reported the spa on Wednesday, fixed on Friday :-)
and
7. The beds were a bit creaky
and
8. The code key on the door was brilliant
We also left a scale that we bought because we had to weight the suitcases. Hope that was OK.

The house was well designed for extended family living with private sleeping area for grandparents or two families sharing this home. Very spacious home in very quiet and safe neighborhood.
