We stayed here over Spring Break 2013. The house was exactly as described. My kids loved the pool and hot tub! It was hard to get them out of the pool to go to WDW! The house was clean and well maintained. We tend to be a little picky and I don't have any suggestions for improvement. :) The house was also located in a nice area with retail conveniently nearby. It took a little longer to get to WDW than I thought...about 20 -30 minutes, but it wasn't a long drive...just a lot of traffic, lights, etc. Overall, highly recommend this house and the company in general. Would definitely stay with them again.

This our 5th year/time to rent a home from Lowerey's and each time it has been super. There are 4 of us men who play golf everyday and eat in for Breakfast and Lunch and eat out in the evenings. This trip was the absolute best. The Heated Pool and Spa, Welcome starter supply, with early and express checkin worked fine.
The huge home was ideal for our relaxation and lodging. We will be back.

The house is great and the people in the office even better! There is anything you need in the house and accomodate easily 6 - 8 people.
My suggestions: Bigger TV and change the showers because it is not strong enough so the water " spreads" all over.

We love the hause the pool the neighbors the prive form other people we love that we had our own space the hause was big and beautiful we love it was great... The only think that I was a little sad was that the public pool was in hot it was si cool we could it go in I ask the laddy from the office if she could turn it in and she say it dint work since a wile ago I wish you guys will keep track of those little thinks and at least leat us know about it .. Also I one think was it that the hause dint had extra toiler paiper and bags for the trash cans for both the restroom and kictchen .. We had to go and buy our own usually went we stays at Hotels hey have extras under need the since .. But visited that everything was great ..

The home was very nice, well kept and close to stores. The only negative thing is that the control for the a/c was locked and we couldn't turn on the bottom a/c. The top a/c worked great though.
The weather wasn't that hot so the water in the pool wasn't as warm as I would have liked. Overall we had a nice time and playing next year trip. The neighborhood was very quiet too which was a plus. -

Was a very spacious House. Loved sitting out by the pool watching the local wildlife on the small lake. The stove needed to be repaired. Location was great, just 15 min.to Disney World and you could walk to the grocery story.

The house was great, although shower pressure was not good at all. The home was beautiful, very nice pool, freezing cold spa though, thought it would be at least warm.
Then we were locked out because we went through the garage and did not see the small sign at the top of the door as we were traveling with six kids and things were a bit chaotic. You might want to make that sign more of a poster.
Then the air conditioning unit broke and it became very hot and humid in the home. We had to stay up late and wait on a repair person. The dryer also quit working and with a family of 8 that was significant to us!
The home was clean except the carpets are filthy -

Staying in a vacation house was very nice for my family. We need the room with four children. The only downside to it was the length of the drive to the parks. We thought it was closer.

The house was great, price super and location was not bad, 20 minutes to the parks. It wasn't until the 3rd night that we noticed BUGS and lots of them especially after dark! Cock Roches and big ones coming from the walls in the kitchen, ceiling vents and all over the washing machine area. To much trouble to fight for a refund!!! BUT WILL NEVER GO BACK!!. My girls slep in the car the last night!!!

A truly wonderfull house, with great facilities and surroundings. The late check in worked great, and the directions were also great.
Only one bad experience with Lowery. We had pre-ordered a baby-crib, which wasnt in the house upon arrival, and when we mentioned it at Lowerys office, no discount were offered, even though we missed it for two nights we had to pay for entire 7 nights! Thats not okay! -

The home was beautiful. We had some minor kinks with electrical and pool issues but the staff was accomodating and everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. The location was wonderful being close to the attractions and shopping.
