Lowery's provided good service but we were disappointed in the quality of amenities at the house. The beds were not comfortable. The mattresses were thin and hard. There was only the most basic of kitchen equipment. Opening the blinds in the great room was an ongoing adventure as the verticles constantly fell down with the slightest movement. The vacuum cleaner didn't clean. And when we arranged to have the pool heated it didn't work. The heater was broken. This made swimming out of the question which was a great disappointment for our family. There was one landline phone with a cord that caused callers on the other end to have difficulty hearing the conversation if we moved the handset the wrong way. For the rental charged we found this level of inadequacy in the facilities and amenities to be a great disappointment . Some investment in this home is desperately needed to warrant being rented out at this rate.

Generally everything was very good...but it started off with a temperature issue.Clean! Nice! Huge!
Lowery put a locked cover over the thermostat.The temperature was set at 65F. At night outside temp was in the 50's.The setting was on cool when it should have been on heat.We could not make any adjustments by ourselves for 2 days. We had to open the door in the morning to warm the house up.We called to complain the first night and the guy told us that it was a normal setting.The second time it was 62F we complained and the lady said it is set too low and they would send someone the next day.The problem was fixed and everything else went well.
We got what we came for heat!!! Great house! -

Very comfortable property with alot of space. The only concern I had was with the kitchen. I was wanting to make some meals, and there was not enough available pots,pans and so forth. Made preparing anything very difficult.

The home was just as advertised and very clean . This home needs a new bed in the master bedroom but all else was very for a vacation home . On night the alarm went off for no reason and you don't get the code while you stay so we had to call management at night to turn off the alarm. And a visit from the police . Not a big deal but should get the code when you rent the home so you can set it when your away .

The house I actually booked did not have cable tv so the next morning I contacted the office and they were aware of it and had sent me an email (which i didnt get because we had already left for florida) and they put us in a different house. They upgraded us to a 4 bedroom 4 bath with pool and hot tub (1717 Lake Vista). It was great!! we loved it. It was clean and roomy. The first house was a 3 bedroom 2 bath and the bedrooms were really small but we didnt plan on being at the house to much to much to see, but i could have stayed all week laying around the house at 1717 Lake Vista. Thanks!

I was very pleasently suprised with how well everything went with our home rental. The agents were very pleasent, professional & available, we were able to send packages to the agency in advance of our arrival and the house was everything they said it would be. Couldn't be happier.

Location was pretty good, maybe could of been a little closer to Disney and other attactions. The house was good and spacious. A couple things is that paper plates, napkins, kleenex and more toilet paper would of been nice. Also dish soap to wash dishes we purchased those and left behind because we didn;t want to pack them. The beds were a little hard also the drapery in the first bedroom was not satisfactory. There wasn't blinds on the whole window so the sun would come right in as you wake up. All in all it was good but could improve a little. Also i called and left 2 messages about leaving my code in the house but NO One called me back. Luckly another member of my family had it.

Nice house on quiet cul-de-sac, good floor plan. Heated pool was a nice bonus for kids. Close to attractions (less than 10 minutes to Disney main gate, about 20 min. to Sea World). Lots of shopping nearby for groceries etc. (Walmart, Publix down the street).
Beds are low end - you can feel the springs through the matresses on the master king bed and the queen bed in the other master. Cleaning could use lots of work. Dishwasher was not great, oven/stove was disgusting. Found broken glass under edge of living room sofa when sweeping up on day 3. NO housekeeping supplies provided - no d/w detergent, no extra toilet paper, not even paper towels or extra garbage bags.
After we cleaned up ourselves a little bit and got used to lumpy beds, pretty good stay. -

I ENJOYED MY STAY AT YOUR HOME IN CLERMONT. IT WAS CONVENIENT TO THE ATTRACTIONS YET SECLUDED ENOUGH TO FEEL LIKE HOME AND NOT A TOURIST TRAP.
WE HAD ONLY A FEW MINORS QUALMS WITH THE PLACE BUT TOO FEW TO MENTION.
OVERALL, THE HOUSE WAS SPACIOUS, BEAUTIFUL AND FREINDLY. IT COULD HAVE USED A BIGGER DIGITAL TV IN THE FAMILY ROOM. THE TV WAS OLD AND SMALL AND HARDLY VISIBLE FROM ACROSS THE LARGE FAMILY ROOM. THE SO CALLED POOL TABLE WAS A JOKE. THESE TWO ISSUES WOULD NEED TO BE RESOLVED BEFORE I WOULD RENT THAT HOUSE AGAIN.
THE CLUBHOUSE, PUBLIC POOL AND TENNIS AND VOLLEY BALL COURTS WERE VERY NICE AND WE ENJOYED HANGING OUT THERE.
