The home completely met my expectations. Everything needed was in the home. The only disappointment was the air conditioning was extremely cold and we called to request the temperature be adjusted and no one ever showed-up to address our concern.

Lowrey's was great to deal with. The service was excellent.
The house was very nice...it was clean, had a well supplied kitchen, and well supplied with linens and towels.
It is conveniently located for groceries, gas stations, restaurants, and the parks (15 mins to animal Kingdom, 20 mins to the other Disney Parks).
Opportunities for improvement include:
Beds are squeeky...if you move around at night the noise will wake you up and anyone else that's in the room.
Towels could be upgraded...there are plenty but they are a little worn...I'm fine with them but my wife pointed it out
Overall the house was very good value. We enjoyed out stay. -

Lack of cleaning supplies was the only real issue. 2 garbage bags for a full week stay was also not good.

We love our stay at this Lowery's vacation home in Clermont Orlando. House is situated in Glembrook, with Disney Parks very close, and a Supermarket nearby, our Kids love the pool and Jacuzzi. We hope to return soon to Orlando, and stay again in this house!

This home was basically as advertised. Out of 5 TVs there were no HD. The heating was not adjusted for our arrival, had to set it from 60 to 68 degrees when we arrived and had to get up at 3 am to change the Night setting from 60 to 68. That was annoying. Internet wireless did not work, but could access internet with a cable. The price was OK for the last week of the year in Orlando. Customer service was quick and courteous, though they should have had someone set the temperature to a comfortable level before we arrived.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful Glenbrook location. We rented 3 homes during our stay at Lowery Vacation Homes. I was so impressed with the bedrooms, pools, and the community we can't wait to come again next year.

Everything went well, with just one exception. The kids had a ball and renting the home was a great way to relax after a long day of visiting all the attractions.
Only issue was that someone put cooking oil between the aluminum and oven elements. It wasn't detected until we cooked something on the stove. Fortunately, we avoided any fires from starting when we smelled the smoke. I don't know who did this, but never do such a stupid thing again! -

Great location and wonderful house. Good service except after hours the rental company would not come and change our battery on the smoke alarm that continued beeping. The ceilings were 14 foot tall and we had not ladder to reach it. They didn't consider us sleeping that night an emergency, so we had to wait on them to come the next day during business hours as the alarm beeped ever 5 minutes to tell us the battery was dying. Poor service by their maintenance department.

My overall stay with Lowery's is one that I would call unforgetable.From the time we arrived to the home until the time we checked out was truly amazing.Usually when I've travelled in the past we stayed in the traditional small 2 bed hotel room, and you always had to keep the people in the room next to you in mind, and you didn't get to spend as much time as you wanted to with the rest of your family.But the vacation home is the perfect idea when you are travelling with your family,everyone is together yet you still have your privacy,you're able to save money on eating out beacuse you have a full kitchen with everything you need,and best of all you don't have to share a pool with strangers.I would tell anyone that vacation homes are the way to go, and Lowery's makes it affordable for everyone and if you are like me, you are very picky about were you and your family stays when you're away from home then you don't anything to worry about because the homes are clean and fully furnished just like home Bottom line: my next vacation to Florida my family and I will be staying in Lowery's Vacation Home.

We stayed here for 3 days during Masters weekend. We had no television service for almost the entire time. Could not get an answer from emergency phone # or any other # the 1st day and night. Called the next morning and was told it would be fixed immediately. They told me the cable had been cut by lawn service and it could be simply fixed from outside the home. I called back that day and was told it had been fixed. It had not. It was not fixed until the evening before we left. I received a less than 1% discount. Yes, less than 1%. After they told me that this was totally their fault and they would "make it right". This was easily enough to make me look for another place to stay at any cost. Until this company can handle a problem honestly; this home should not be rented.

Dear Guests,
I would like to thank you for posting a review of your recent stay. I was concerned to read your comments and have therefore investigated the points raised.
Your Reservation # 117617 was for April 9 ? 12, 2009.
You had checked in on the 9th at 4:00 pm.
We were first notified by you at 8:40 am by email on the 10th of April,
in regards to having no cable television (not satellite) in the home.
I had responded to your email at 9:24 am on the 10th of April,
and had advised that our office was closed at 7:00 pm on the 9th
and apologized for you not being able to get through.
At this time I had said I would call the Glenbrook HOA and find
out what was going on with the televisions in the home,
I did mention this was a Saturday on a Holiday weekend and
I would do my best to get this resolved. I had also stated that the
Owner of the home were you were staying and the HOA are responsible for the cable and I would have to contact them to see what has happened with the cable.
On the evening of the 10th of April I spoke with you at great lengths trying to get this resolved for you with the best of my ability.
Brighthouse Cable confirmed with me that they would get this looked at and repaired or fixed on the on the 10th or the 11th in the morning.
This was confirmed by Bryan the Manger at Brighthouse.
The cable was working by 5:00 pm on the 11th of April.
That evening I called you and this was nothing at all of false reports and or trying to cover up anything, you even sensed my frustration.
I did in fact say I would take care of you and I have on the booking.
I had put in for a credit of 1 night and 10% additional credit.
Your total Refund was $238.48 that was applied to your VISA on the 14th of April as per the final receipt from your reservation folio, this refund has been confirmed by VISA and our credit card processing company.
Your Reservation Total was $776.07 and the refund is greater than 1%.
I apologized in great depth about this situation and did get this resolved for you.
Unfortunately we cannot control the Cable Companies time frame or the HOA of the home.
We are a highly respected company with a very strong rating and are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you during your stay.

E-mail for express check-in was delayed and we were already on the road. Paid for the pool to be heated and we never could use it as it never heated up. No paper towels, dish soap for the dish washer or sink and only one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. We did find the home very clean.
