Magnolia Dream has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, so whether you are a family of 2 or 10 there is plenty of privacy for all !
The pool is secluded with our decorated fence on all sides, is South Westerly facing getting plenty of Florida sunshine, There is a stand alone Hot tub to relax in after a fun day at the parks.

The price is for the villa and NOT per person.
Peak dates are a minimun of one weeks stay
Pool Heat is an additional $25 a day and is optional (recommended between October and March).
There is a cleaning surcharge for bookings of 7 nights or less at $120.
A security/damage deposit is required upon arrival by our management company, which is a credit card hold and is fully refundable after departure and management have done their walk through inspection.

This villa was the perfect place for our extended family including a young child.
There were bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! We all especially enjoyed the hot tub and the game room! We arrived after dark and really appreciated finding everything we needed for breakfast the next morning! We stayed at Mary's beautiful home in Feb and it was a wonderful family vacation, made all the better by a stunning home and the excellent communication all the way through from booking to returning home.
The house was perfectly clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space for us all not to be under each others feet.

This was our 1st trip to Florida & we stayed at the fabulous Magnolia Dream villa for 3 weeks in april 2011.
The villa was amazing! Clean, bright & welcoming & had everything you need. The air conditioning kept the villa very comfortable. The pool was great & my daughter loved the Disney themed bedroom very much!
The location was perfect for all the theme parks, especially Disney. There are plenty of shops & resturants in the area aswell.
The villa management company were more than helpful if we had any queries. -

Gary was on hand to help with any problems of which there were none.
The villa was bigger and better than the pictures. Children loved the pool and the games area.Adults enjoyed the hot tub.
The area was very quite and neighbours were friendly.
just a short trip to nearest supermarket.
The villa is very large and very well equiped!ten people can stay in comfort.
Our family of ten,from 3 to 65 years had a great holiday, the villa was a haven after a day at the parks.
Kids in the pool adults with a drink watching them having fun.
We would like to thank Mary & Colin for allowing us to enjoy there lovely home for eighteen great days.

Thank you Colin and Mary for allowing us to stay in your perfect villa for a second time, from the moment we were greeted by your management team to the moment Sally and I left we felt as if it was our own home.The location is just right(far enough away to relax,but close enough to be Downtown in minutes), the new Starbucks was a godsend giving us our morning boost to face another hectic day in the sun. Please Please can we stay a third time?

Loved staying here! Really enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks or shopping, was nice to come back and relax in private.
The villa was nice and clean on arrival and pictures on the website didn't do it justice.
Had some fun in the games room, enjoyed fuseball most. Shame we never got to walk the community or play on the tennis courts, but just ran out of time! Had a lot of fun at all the parks and we were in a good location to get there and back without any fuss.
Although we ate out most of the time, the kitchen had everything we needed the few times we did eat in, and was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the weather.
We have planned to go back next year, just waiting on the go ahead from work so we can book up!! -

We stayed here early 2009 and had such a fantastic time, the villa was everything we imagined and more. It was located very close to everything and the villa itself was very spacious, even with three children, and 5 adults! The only problem was we only had two weeks there!

We were met at the villa and was shown around - the photos do not do it justice- it was beautiful and we were excited to be staying there. The children two aged 10 years and one aged 7 loved the themed bedrooms and the games room was perfect for self entertaining, the pool was great for relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious that you felt you were in pure luxury compared to home. The community was very quiet in fantastic location and very clean. Being only 10 minutes from Disney door to door was brilliant! The supermarkets Target and Walmart were very close along with a large variety of restaurants, with so many to choose from its difficult to have a favourite. As there was 7 in our party the villa was lovely and spacious. We occassionally ordered a takeway so we could eat at the villa, especially eating outside near the pool area, very peaceful. My whole family had a fantastic time that they cannot say what they enjoyed best... we cant wait to go back...Thank you Mary and Colin.

Thank you for your lovely comments about Magnolia Dream. Many guests say our photos do not do Magnolia Dream justice, we will have to work on that one.
You must have used the shortcut to Disney if it took you 10 minutes, i do tell guests 15 -20 approx. so Thank you it is nice to know it can be done in 10.
I know you are excited about returning and we would love to have you back, our management said you were the perfect guests and again asked us to thank you for doing so much washing the cleaners thought it was wonderful.
Don't forget to book early as we book up quicker and quicker each year now, already have bookings for 2012.
