It was an absolute delight to stay at this fantastic home for our second winter. We retired several years ago and have spent the last two years enjoying Florida and this home. It is in the perfect location with easy access to the Disney Parks and the Malls. We felt very safe in this development and enjoyed being surrounded with orange trees. Orange Tree Development is a place where you can pick fresh oranges for breakfast and sit by the pool watching the hot air balloons float across the morning skies. The house is equipped with absolutely everything we needed. It has two master bedrooms with very comfortable king size beds. The pool, spa and game room were fantastic for everyone, especially the grandchildren. We will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this home to all our friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this clean and well kept home.

Our stay at orange tree was phenominal. Everyone in our party was extremely pleased with our accomodations. The kids loved everything about the house - the games room, PS2, the pool and hot tub and even chasing the geckos outside on the lawn. The beds were so comfortable and appreciated after a full day at the parks. It felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. Not once did we have a sore back. The community is very quiet and despite having a direct view of several pools in the backyard, we saw noone during our 16 day stay. The house is nicely layed out with easy access to the laundry room and games room. The kitchen was completely equipped with top quality appliances. The pool was clean and had comfortable chairs to relax on. We met up with friends and had them over for supper one evening and they couldn't believe how beautiful our accomodations were and that is was reasonably priced.
We were not comfortable booking online, but took a chance. Francis and Joelle kept in touch frequently and would send out emails adding to the excitement before we left and made the booking feel like they were family. Emails were responded to immediately. It was a very personable experience, we weren't just another renter or number as we found out in the rental home we had booked for the last half of our vacation. At the time, we had no idea the little things of detail that made our vacation perfect, but we realized it when we moved into our next home...what a disappointment.
There is an orange grove 2 minutes up the road for picking, a walmart, pharmacy and a grocery store was a 5 min driveaway. The only negative comment I could make about this home is having to travel hwy 192 to access the parks. It seemed like rush hour all the time.
This home was like living in a rich man's kingdom.
We would like to thank Francis and Joelle from the bottom of our hearts for sharing their home. We definitely would rebook this home and highly recommend it everyone.
