Our home is conveniently located in the popular Glenbrook Resort. It is 10 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and 30 minutes drive to Sea World and Universal Studio. Orlando Airport is half an hour's drive. Guests can use all of resort’s facilities such as tennis court, beach volleyball court, bigger swimming pool, game room, and kids’ playground for free.
A SweetBay Supermarket and Pharmacy is at the entrance of the resort. A Super Wal-Mart is only 1.7 miles away. Two outlet malls are within half an hour's drive. Many restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away.
Several golf courses are all within 10 miles of our home.

This home has everything. Very clean, beautiful pool, updated appliances, spacious, comfortable, and close enough to attractions, but far enough from the hustle and bustle.
Sunny was great to deal with, and booking was simple. My family and I were so impressed, we purchased a home in Florida. -

We will definitely look to renting this place again. The location was perfect. A short drive to the Disney and Universal parks, close to Wal-mart, Dunkin Donuts (for the delicious coffee),and and many other eateries. The home was very clean and spacious. This was a big plus as at the end of a tired day, it was nice to retreat into a separate room to rest. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We liked it so much we extended our stay in extra day. Sunny, the owner, provided excellent service. So much so that she provided us recommendations to where we could order Thanksgiving dinner near the home. Our vacation was perfect.

My family recently stayed in this home and was impressed. I have two 9 year olds and they took advantage of the pool and spa. The home was very clean and comfortable. It made our stay feel as if we were home. The parks were about 15 minutes away. The supermarket was right outside the development along with a CVS and Walgreens. Walmart was right down the road. There are restaurants galore. My father in law is disabled and the home was very accessible for him. I would defitenetly recommend this house. The owner's were very helpful and were a pleasure. Our security deposit was refunded very quickly. Thanks Sunny and Ray.

My family and I stayed here and loved it. Its close to everything; Walmart, parks, great restaurants, and Disney. The house is spacious and well cared for. The kids loved the pool. The beds were comfortable and much needed after spending the days wondering Disney. We had great service from the owners as they responded to all of our questions in a courteous and timely manner. The property manager helped us out too. This place was great. We really hope to be able to stay again soon.

I normally don't write reviews but I loved the experience we had so much I felt I must share so others can have as good of an experience. We rented this home for a week vacation with me, my husband our 2 kids and both our mothers. The home was beautiful, well laid out, and comfortable. It was close to everything we needed, food, the theme parks and shopping. The kids loved the private screened in pool and spent lots of time in it when we weren't out at the parks. This was our first time renting a rental home and not a hotel, the owner was pleasant to work with and promptly responded to any inquiries I had. I highly recommend this home over a cramped hotel"

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home in late May, 2012. Everything is exactly as described. Very nice amenities. Loved having the air hockey table in the house!!! Plenty of hot water and comfortable beds, you might laugh but this is a big deal to my family ;) The kids loved the pool and we loved that it does not back up to another home.
Sunny is wonderful to deal with, answers email promptly, and was so easy to work with! We will be back for sure!!!
This is our first stay in this particular house but our 6th in the Genbrook area. This is a wonderful little neighborhood. My husband used the fitness center at the clubhouse nearly every day...it was even open on Memorial Day! Great little grocery store just at the neighborhood entrance. Or if you need a larger selection there is a both a Wal-Mart and a Super Target within just a short drive.
You can be to Disney in just a short drive, we frequently made a couple of trips per day. Universal and Sea World are just a tad bit further up I-4.
