Your villa has been professionally decorated from top to bottom.Bed choices consist of 2 King beds, 2 queen, and 4 single beds. There are three full bathrooms, one of which is an en suite for the Master bedroom. One of the bathrooms has direct access from the pool area.

You will enjoy the spacious family room, and separate sitting area.

The kitchen has all the supplies you need ( blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).

The Master bedroom, family room, and dinette area all have garden doors to lead you directly out to our Color Changing pool. South facing for all day sun, and plenty of cushioned loungers to soak up the rays. N...eed shade? No problem under our extended lanai.

Game room has pool/ping pong , fooseball and air hockey.

**5 night minimum is required**

$175 -$200/night
Rates do not include the 11% tax.;
Pool and spa heat ( $30.00 USD per day);
Stays of 6 nights or less will require a 130.00USD cleaning fee.;
High chair and pack and play (35.00 USD per week. Sheets not supplied);

Upon entering the home, check over your home thoroughly,;
Read the information in the welcome folder, and contact the management company immediately with any concerns.;
Primary booker must be a least 25 years of age.
A deposit of $250.00usd per week is required at time of booking. ;
Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit is non refundable but will be deducted from the total amount due.;
A security deposit of $300.00USD is required with final balance to cover any loss or damage while staying in your house.;
This amount will be returned in full immediately upon confirmation by the management company that no damages were done.;
All breakage must be reported to the management company immediately.;
Balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. ;
The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.;
The owner reserves the right to increase rental pricing at any time.;
Prices will be confirmed at time of booking.;
Cancellation charges:
More than 10 weeks (dep. + 20% of total cost);
Between 6 and 10 weeks(dep. + 50% of total cost);
Between 4 and 6 weeks(dep. +75% of total cost);
4 weeks or less(dep. + 100% of total cost);
