There are many dish cloths at this home. We have made sure they are out where renters will be sure to find them now. Our apologies go out to this guest for the inconvenience!

Left on 09/02/2011 for a stay in August 2011
It was my treat to take my brother & wife from Medford, OR to the house for his birthday. The house was very nice & clean. I was a little apprehensive about that because I knew of the roof leaking, etc. But all was fixedand we so enjoyed sitting on the
upper deck (my brother got the master suite) and watched beautiful sunsets. The other evening we spent out by the waters' edge eating crab cocktails. I was also happy to see no ants. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again. Parking
was a little limited. Thank you. -

Seattle, Wa, United StatesComfortable home for a family because there is something for eve
Left on 09/08/2010 for a stay in September 2010
Beautiful stretch of beach with magical view of mountains; sailing ships of every description; abundant birds and sea life. Ample wood to build a campfire on the beach and take the chill off inside on a cloudy morn. Equipped with telescope, balls, bats badminton, croquet, jigsaw puzzles, board games, Legos which provided entertainment for all ages. An "awesome" propane grill on the deck and a small but adequate kitchen. Toaster needs to be replaced. No diswasher and no dish detergent, we left ours behind, and no bar soap. No matches to light a fire, we left ours. Needs light bulbs. Water tasted strong so we bought jugs for drinking and making coffee, tea. Two bedrooms are cramped and one is spacious. Baths are nice except for some ants, which we knew about beforehand. We had a great time and would love to return.

The ants have been removed with routine pest inspections now.

The only negative was that the house was infested with ants.

The ants have been taken care now. The home is being monitored routinely and sprayed by a pest inspection company

The property is a great location. I can't be beat if yo want to on the water. The property itself is OK, but a bit run down in parts. The big problem is the ants; they are every where. I was also very disappointed to arrive to find the bbq filthy. It was very very dirty. The place did not seem prepared to accept renters. I think this is relatively easy to fix, and should be.

A ripped screen allowed misquitos in. Ant problem was everywhere--a real pain with the food. Location was amazing!
