DublinSuperb accommodation in stunning and unpsoilt location.
Left on 11/01/2009 for a stay in September 2009
Had the pleasure of staying here recently with my family. The house we stayed in was right beside the pub and guesthouse with the Atlantic ocean to the rear. The house itself is well laid out and provided with everything you would need. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and good value for money, we were more than happy with our stay here. The adjoining pub and guesthouse (same proprietors) was great to dine in on the days we didn't feel like cooking.Excellent food with beautiful fresh seafood on the menu every night and not overpriced like many other places. The atomsphere in the bar was great, small cosy and intimate and great sessions of music on certain nights. The proprietors and staff couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. Cloghane itself is a most scenic village in the Dingle Peninsula. Situated on the coastline, it is surrounded by mountains with Mount Brandon being the highlight. Loads to do with the beach beside us,horseriding, fishing, and lots of walks into valleys and waterfalls. An experience not to be missed.

the idea of 3 floors is nice (especially if you're in top floor! no noise from below)
good to have no of bathrooms
generally there was plenty of room
not v well equipped re utensils etc we had to ask for some delf etc
no wardrope in one room
beds v near each other in other room
a drying room/dedicated space/room for wet gear would be good
v near the main road
nice and near the pub!
bear in mind we were 6 adults
