Snugly located between Loughs Corrib and Mask, the village of Clonbur is blessed with a number of lakes, streams, mountains and woodlands. Clonbur Apartment is situated on the ground floor and, with 3 bedrooms, offers accommodation for groups of up to 7 people; an idyllic retreat for large families or groups of friends. The apartment is beneath the owner’s home, just 3 miles from Clonbur. The accommodation is arranged in an open-plan fashion and the rear garden is perfect for a spot of outdoor dining in the summer, also offering excellent panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. There is off-road parking for 2 cars.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio area to rear with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles.

Region: Towering cliffs stand next to vast stretches of golden sand, whilst vast mountain ranges cradle cool, low-lying lakes. The Galway region epitomises the term ‘great outdoors’; with fantastic walking and cycling and exhilarating water sports.

Town: Loughs Corrib and Mask have earned international acclaim from discriminating anglers and Clonbur is centrally located for both lakes. Another place of unique beauty is Lough Coolin, a small lake set like a glittering gem in the foothills of Mount Gable, just 3 miles from Clonbur. For the more adventurous, Mount Gable is an easy climb of about one hour's duration. The effort is worthwhile because the views of Lough Corrib, stretching away to the south, Lough Mask to the north and the Connemara mountains to the west, are spectacular and breathtaking. Alternatively, a short drive towards Cong and a turn right will bring you to the famous Pigeon Hole, the site where 66 steps in a huge cleft in the limestone floor of the Ashford Castle woods lead to a vast underwater cavern. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Stayed here for 7weeks and loved it! We will Definately come back to stay here! Everything we needed in the apartment was there. The local village of Conbur is 4minutes drive away and there are plenty pubs (3) to keep you entertained over the weekend! Woods and lakes near by perfect for a walk, jog or wee picnic! Only 45min-1hour drive out to Western coastline of Connemara - Beautiful Beaches :) ..or 45minutes to the lovely city of Galway
  Would recommend to stay here to anyone! Best if you have a car to get around.
