This Cocoa Beach condo blows away any other hotel you could possibly rent in the area. First of all, the view; you are directly facing the ocean, and from the third floor balcony you are maybe 200 feet from the sand. The interior of the condo is very spacious and had plenty of room for our family (great TV inside for watching sports/movies and fast internet connection). The beach was clean and waves excellent for body surfing and regular surfing. I'd recommend this four thumbs up.

We have been vacationing in Cocoa Beach for many years. The last 3 years we have fallen in love with this direct ocean front condo. Located in a quiet private beach setting about 1 mile south of the pier and Ron Jons Surf Shop.
The full size kitchen fuuly equipped allows us to eat in when we want. Third Floor (top floor) unit has great view of the ocean from living room and kitchen as well as the private balcony.
We use to pay more for a cramped hotel room for a week, but you can't beat the price for what you get on this great condo.
I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a quality getaway in Cocoa Beach, Florida. You will enjoy.
