This condo was fabulous. Exactly as advertised and the photos are spot on! Kathy the owner was very accomodating and extremely easy to work with to close the deal. The complex is immaculate and well maintained. Everything was there...towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs, kids beach toys, everything! Just bring your groceries and relax! The place felt like home in no time.
The beach...wow! This beach goes on for miles! Gorgeous sunrises and the warm atlantic Ocean make this condo the perfect place for a family vacation! My kids usually love to crash the pool after a couple hours on the beach...but they asked on our way home...did this place have a pool??? It does have a pool...quite nice one at that...my kids just couldn't get enough of...Omg...cocoa Beach!Response from Kathleen Walsh - 06/27/2012

Thank you Kathie for such a wonderful spot to sun our winter weary souls.
Our family totally enjoyed the condo.
Your 7th floor view allowed us to enjoy the warm breeze and watch many a ship sail/return. So close to the ocean and the pool was a warm alternative.
The condo set up had us feeling it was a home away from home. We instantly were in relax mode.

I must say our stay was better than expected! We loved the location and the beach. The pool was great! Our kids loved it!! The condo was well furnished and stocked.Just an hour away from Disney and Seaworld.When we return we will be contacting the owner's about this condo!!!

My family had a wonderful time when we stayed in this unit. The view was spectacular and the private entrance to the beach was perfect. The interior was immaculate and comfortable plus the ceramic tile throughout made the cleanup easy.

this is the 2nd time my husband and i have stayed at the condo and we just love it. the views are fantastic. everything is provided. we needed to buy nothing other than a few groceries for our breakfast. its really central to resturants bars and of course the beach. kathie and pat should be really proud of the condo. furniture is lovely and the whole condo is spotless. the maintenance staff and manager were all very friendly. we hope to be back again if they will have us. either next year or 2012
