This apartment, Unit 105, at Cocoa Beach Club was beautiful. It was well stocked with everything. We did have to buy some toilet paper, however. So much was within walking distance: Publix Grocery Store, I Dream of Yogurt, restaurants and bars, Cocoa Beach Pier. We had a bit of difficulty getting in, since no arrival instructions were given, and the manager was not available. After phone calls to the owner, the problem was resolved. I would definitely stay here again, or rent from this owner.

We really enjoyed our vacation stay in this Cocoa Beach condo. Very large for 2 adults and 3 kids... huge bedrooms, large heated pool and great beach. The Cocoa Beach Pier was just short walk down the beach which was good for drinks, dinner and they usually had a band there. We will be back next year.

The most relaxing and best week of vacation that I have ever had. There are plenty of things to do and course there are some very nice places to eat out. Lets dont forget about the famous RON Jons.
