Luxurious 8th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front vacation rental with incredible views of the Atlantic ocean, beach, and Port Canaveral. Beautiful kitchen with cherry cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, quiet Bosch dishwasher and filtered ice and water.

Great views of rocket launches and cruise ships. Includes large heated pool along with shuffle board courts, putting green, and a sauna. Located less that 10 minutes from the Port Canaveral cruise, gambling, and deep sea fishing ships, 25 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport, and one hour from the Orlando theme parks (U...niversal Studios, Sea World, Disney World...).

Wonderfully furnished, extra clean and comfortable with a recliner chair, sleeper sofa, love seat, 42 inch LCD TV and blu-ray player with internet apps in the living room, pillow top king size bed, 40 inch LED TV and blu-ray player with internet apps in the master bedroom, two twin beds plus a twin size roll-a-way and a 22" LED TV with a blu-ray player in the second bedroom, ceiling fans in every room, VCR, stereo with CD player, pool and ocean toys, high speed internet service, washer and dryer, and an assigned covered parking space. Also includes a computer work station with an all-in-one printer so you can print your boarding passes or check your email without bringing a computer with you on vacation.

We purchased this unit because of the excellent views. It is on the 8th floor and all of the surrounding buildings are only 5 stories high - this allows you to see up and down the beach and to watch the cruise ships go in and out of Port Canaveral.

We also really like that this unit faces southeast instead of directly east because while it still has direct ocean views, it has the following advantages over a directly east facing unit:

-All of the rooms have ocean and beach views.

-In the summer when it is too hot to go out on a direct east facing balcony in the morning because of the heat from the sun, this balcony is in the shade and very comfortable. Because the sun is high in the sky during the summer months, this balcony is nicely shaded in the summer afternoons and is very comfortable.

-In the winter when people with east facing balconies have to go inside in the afternoon because it is too cold to sit on their balcony in the shade, you can enjoy the warmth of the sun when sitting on this balcony because the winter sun is low in the sky.

We also like that the condo has large rooms with a pleasant family friendly layout (the kitchen, dining area, and living room are open but the bedrooms are on separate ends of the condo).

We are located close to this condo and we check after the housekeeper is finished and before a new guest arrives to make sure that everything is clean and in good shape. You will not have any negative surprises when you arrive in your condo and if there is anything that does need attention while you are here, we will take care of any problems promptly. Additional Location Information

This condo is located on the Space Coast next to Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center. It is the closest beach to the Orlando attractions and airport. Washington Nationals spring training, air-boat rides, deep sea fishing, surfing, cruise and gambling ships, and the Merritt Island nature preserve are all close by.

The condo is about a 45 minute drive from the Orlando Airport.

VISA/MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. A $300 deposit is required to make a reservation. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Reservations can be cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date with all but a $75 admin fee being refunded to your card. No refunds will be made for reservations that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

A credit/debit card is required to make a reservation.

Normal check out housekeeping is included. All stays longer than 10 nights include weekly housekeeping service. Check-in is at 3:00 P.M. and check-out is at 10:00 A.M.

  Had a great time and the view was fabulous! Having access to all the beach toys and chairs was a bonus and the pool was very clean and safe. All the people we met in the elevator were sweet and kind. So glad we had a chance to stay there. Many memories were made and many sunrises were experienced. Loved it!

  This condo was very well stocked and clean. The views were wonderful from this 2 bedroom condo. We were close to the pool and the beach, which made our vacation great! I would definitely recommended this condo to anyone looking for a great vacation at Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral.

  you can look south down the beach from the balcony and see cocoa beach peir about 1.5 miles away, also over looks the pool, out the front door and kitchen window you can see north up the beach to canavaral cannal, port canavaral and part of kennedy space center about 3 or 4 miles away, watched cruise ships come and go and got to see a rocket launch, recommend taking binoculars, condo is well equipped in the kitchen as well as tvs and stereo, plus a computer with internet access, kevin was good to deal with and helpful with info about the area

  Our family has stayed in this condo for several years. We love it. We have stayed in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area every spring for over 15 years and this is our favorite spot. The views are gorgeous. What keeps us coming back is the comfort of the condo and attention to detail. Everything we could possibly need is always right there. The condo is always very clean. The building is vry well kept, the pool is very large and clean. The owners are just great.
