The condo is in the heart of Cocoa Beach yet the complex is set back to the most gorgeous views of all that is ocean, beach, and fun around it .It is with in walking distance to restaurants shopping and all you need. The World Famous Ron-Jon is just steps away along with grocery stores, ice crean parlors, Cocoa Beach Pier, Surf board, Bike, and all beach rentals. Deep Sea Fish, Para-Sailing is nearby along with twice daily casino boat trips.
Take a short cruise as Canaveral port is 4 miles away.
Orlando and all its fun with Swim with the Dolphins, Wet and Wild Sea World, Disney, Epcot, etc etc are just 40 minutes away.
The best part is we are located on the Atlantic Ocean, on Famous A1A , yet the condo is set back and is overlooking the beach and the ocean below for you to enjoy everything about the sea.
