Step into a relaxing beachfront oasis where you will be able to enjoy everything a beach vacation has to offer. This centrally located unit is situated on the second floor oceanfront northeast corner of the building. It gets lots of natural light and there is a very spacious wraparound balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean!

The complex is situated 1.2 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo & the Outlet malls are easy day trips. The Orlando International Airport is 45 miles away.
