Chateau by the Sea 101 is proudly owned by ‘Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

This bright ground floor corner unit is the perfect compromise between convenience and privacy. The patio off of the living room and master bedroom opens out onto green space while the oceanfront heated pool, beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier are only steps away!

The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite, walk in closet and flatscreen TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a bathroom and a large closet. The unit is fully tiled and has an washer and dryer inside of the unit.

The living room has a pullout couch and a 55" flatscreen TV and DVD player.

Chateau by the Sea is located right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier. It has a heated oceanfront pool and a 360 degree Rooftop Patio available to guests where you can see gorgeous sunsets from the west, watch shuttle launches or enjoy a coffee overlooking the Pier!

There are so many activities and attractions nearby including Ron Jons, Downtown Cocoa Beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The Kennedy Space Center is only 15 minutes away and you are only 45 minutes from Disney and the Orlando Airport!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
