Sandcastles 103 is proudly owned by ‘Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Unit 103 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. This spacious (1,300 sq ft) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a walkout patio & yard in a building that is situated directly on the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin-over-double bunk-bed. As a result, you are able to comfortably accommodate all guests without having to worry about the hassles of using a pull-out sofa in the living room.

The Sandcastles complex itself is one of the best condominium buildings in the area, offering a heated pool, private access to the beach, a tennis court and sauna.

By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
