Only steps from ocean, this clean, bright, sunny unit is your perfect home away from home while you explore Florida's Space Coast. Right on the beach, you are only steps away from feeling the sand between your toes on sun-soaked Cocoa Beach.

Up to five people can stay in comfort with a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite & TV), two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen pull out sofa sleeper in the living room. The south-facing balcony offers the southern exposure that brings the sunlight in through big windows.

We've got your vacation needs covered with all the basics you need including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free wifi and your own in-unit washer/dryer so you can dry those towels between expeditions to the beach or pool. You don't even need to bring your own beach toys! You'll find everything you need from beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler so you can start enjoying the sun, sand, and water as soon as you arrive.

Chateau by the Sea features a large, oceanfront heated swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs for relaxing and super views of the ocean and pier. Chateau By The Sea also offers guests a 360 degree roof deck, perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
