This inviting upstairs unit two bedrooms and one bath that will comfortably provide accommodations up to four people. Fully furnished with all the necessary amenities, the cottage is an ideal location to spend a wonderful Cocoa Beach vacation. Wireless Internet, DVD player, off street parking, all kitchen supplies, towels, and linens are included. Laundry facilities are locate...d on site at no charge. The upstairs unit offers a large deck for outdoor dining, with a nice partial ocean view.

Additional notes from owner

Rates based on double occupancy. Additional charges of $25.00 per person may apply for extra people sharing unit. A $125.00 deposit due at the time of booking, final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due if booked within 30 days of arrival. There is an additional add on cleaning fee of $50.00 to each rate. Additional cleanings available at $50.00 per cleaning. No pet fee / deposit required, however upon check out and after inspection of unit, any damages caused by renter or pet (this includes picking up after pets) , will be charged to credit card used for payment. Guests will be informed prior to charge.
