We were very pleased with the house we rented from Mike. He was very hands on with answering any questions we had and making sure our stay was enjoyable. The pool was great (only used it twice), but was so nice to sit in the covered patio area and watch the beautiful sunsets. Quiet neighborhood on the canal, and conveniently located close to the beach. We did use the kayaks and the bikes. The Tiki Lounge - what a great story and memorabilia.

Blocks from the beach and a short drive to the mall and grocery stores, the house has an inlet in the back yard where pelicans feed daily. We kayaked out to the Indian River system and were treated to a pod of dolphins feeding, visited Cape Canaveral, spent time at the mall on Merritt Island, and even lost ourselves zip-lining and admiring exotic animals at the zoo.
We were grateful for the in-house laundry facilities and enjoyed the Netflix subscription. We didn't avail ourselves of the BBQ or the pool, as we were out a lot! -

We've stayed here a couple of times and love it! Whether you want to stay in and hang out at your own personal tiki bar with pool and canal access, or head over to the beach for some sun and surf, there's something to do for everyone. This rental is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, but is within walking distance of Ron Jon's Surf Shop, the beach Pier, and great restaurants. The best part? It's only about an hour from the Orlando airport, so we can easily fly down in the winter for a quick weekend getaway.

I've stayed at this house twice and hope to rent it again soon. If you're looking for the ultimate Florida getaway, this is it. Tons of spaces -- could easily sleep two families on vacation -- in a quiet neighborhood. But the best part is the back yard, with a covered BBQ space, a huge pool, and dock on the canal that's perfect for fishing! I highly recommend this place!
