Pictures are what you will get, very nice amount of space. Compared with the bedroom and living room, the bathroom could use a little fresh up, but it will have everything you need. We asked for extra towels and sheets which Nora took care of directly. Very friendly staff and housekeeping. Pool and gym area are small, but we we really enjoyed being in Coconut Grove and the complimentary onsite parking. On saturday there is a great farmers market in Coconut Grove, if you are into organic, raw and vegan food this is heaven. We also enjoyed eating at Greenstreet Cafe and Lulu's, all walking distance. Fresh Market is also very close if you need a supermarket. As for beaches we loved Key Biscayne, close, quiet and beautiful.

This condo is very clean and is exactly as advertised with no gimmicks. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to CoCo Walk, which has bars,restaurants, clothing stores, etc. It's also 10-15 minutes from South Beach driving time.
The staff of the Mutiny was super duper friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo. Once again...It's a perfect location must I say! -

My husband and I stayed at the Mutiny for 4 days and found it clean, comfortable and close to stores and entertainment. Nora was amazing very friendly and attentive. Keys were easy to get and questions were quickly answered. Room has two huge flat screen Tv's and a big soaking tub, which I like because baths are my preference. The fact that you can self park and not be forced to valet every time was a big bonus. Great cozy spot for two you won't be disappointed.

Coconut Grove is the perfect area if you're travelling to Miami for business or pleasure. There is a great deal of shops, restaurant and nightlife in the area. Its only 15 min to the airport and about 20-30min to Miami Beach. The convenience of the area gives this Hotel/Condo building great value!
We rented the apartment for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Pool & Jacuzzi boasted an afternoon sun, complimentary towels and restaurant catering. Note there are limited chairs and sometimes can be overrun with Kids so getting there early or noise-canceling headphones helped a lot!
Big Plus: Parking was included - although the staff made it very difficult in the beginning, Nora quickly corrected the situation and no further trouble was encountered. Considering parking can cost upwards of $24/day in this area this is a definite perk!
The Unit also comes with in-unit laundry which was incredibly convenient! Ironing Board & Iron and WIC with electronic safe like any hotel room. The Smart Samsung TVs were very sleek and user-friendly when logging onto your Netflix or Youtube. The included high-speed wireless for the unit also allowed us to work from home and a definite necessity!
Kitchen-ware could use some upgrades especially the Pots/Pans and Knives - which made cooking a bit difficult, and although no corkscrew, or oven mitts were on hand we managed to get the hotel bar to open the bottle of red downstairs and made due with gym towels for the hot dishes :) (First time I had encountered a hotel with no corkscrews at the front desk!)
All in all we had a great time and would recommend the apartment and area to anyone travelling - great value & Nora is always available should you have any questions or concerns!

The condo had everything we needed, the only thing that would have improved the experience would be a king bed and a balcony.
We loved the convenience of the location, close to South Beach, Key Biscayne, a great marina and restaurants within walking distance. It was a great home base for us for 4 days. It was so nice to have additional space and the conveniences a hotel does not have.
Nora provided great support re key pickup, parking etc. and even checked in with us during our stay. -

This is the place to stay at your next Coconut Grove trip. We rented the well furbished apartment for 3 weeks and enjoyed the stay - the area, the Marina and the friendly owner who even offered help to charter a boat for nice bay-trips. Next time in Coconut Grove we will stay there again.

Nice one bed one bath condo with a full kitchen and washer/dryer too. Has everything you need from kitchen appliances down to the ironing board and iron. Located in the heart of Coconut Grove. Has plenty of shops, restaurants, parks and other attractions to never get bored
