This was our first time using Homeaway (or any Vrbo service, for that matter) and our first time in CDa. In short, we feel like we hit the jackpot. This property is absolutely fabulous -- exactly as described in the details as well as by other renters. It's nicely appointed, clean, easy to access, and offers a beautiful view of the water. Further, the owner's communications were prompt and thorough. When we return to vacation in CDa again (which we certainly will!), we'll certainly consider this property for our stay. Highly recommended.

Our family loved staying at this condo during Ironman 2012. Not only was is convenient to town, restaurants, and local hiking attractions, it was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed including a perfect view!
Mr.Lyon was helpful and gracious in planning our stay and seemed genuinely interested that we enjoyed our first trip to CDa.
We hope to be back soon!!

The condo was wonderful. It has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. The views from the balcony were great. I spent a lot of time on the balcony reading and just enjoying the boats going by. There are restaurants, movie theater, ice cream store and shops within walking distance. I would stay at this condo next time I visit Coeur d'Alene.

We were taken aback by this beautiful, modern, spotless condo right on the river -- we had a feeling it would be wonderful but it completely went beyond our expectations!!! A truly amazing gem!!!
