Non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150. In order to secure the property, the $500 must be paid with returned contract. Rental plus cleaning is due 50% 60 days before arrival and 50% 30 days before arrival. If fewer than 60 days exists between date of booking and arrival, full payment shall be made in order to for property to be confirmed for that party. 3% is added for credit card payments
