Point Harns is a beautiful home that sits on a little point in Carlin Bay and boasts wonderful views of the lake from almost every room. It has a southern exposure, so you can soak up the sunshine all day long.
The country kitchen opens onto a spacious deck, just the right spot to enjoy a meal or watch the sunset. In the grassy front yard, sit in the shade of the pines and read a book or take a nap in the hammock. In the evening, roast marshmallows in the fire pit or BBQ up a yummy meal.

Point Harns is located in Carlin Bay, which is a rural setting about 25 miles south of Coeur d'Alene and 11 miles north of Harrison. In the town of Coeur d'Alene you will find all the conveniences and activities a small resort town has to offer. In the quaint town of Harrison you will find the popular Rails to Trails 70 mile long bike path, which meanders around the chain lakes and along Lake CDA.
At Point Harns there is parking for 3 cars and a boat trailer. The launch for your boat is 1.5 miles down the road.

My family of 5 had a lovely and relaxing week at Point Harns! The house is very clean and well appointed, nicely decorated, great bedrooms with comfy beds! Loved having our own private dock, with lots of float toys. We were able to get a boat slip at the Carlin Bay marina (only a 2 minutes drive away) for reasonable rate for the week. Wonderful deck gives fantastic lake views, the water was clear and warmer than most lakes. Plenty of room in the house for our 3 adults and 2 teens. Owners were on site (living in separate quarters) and gave us total privacy, but were always ready to help with anything we needed (Thanks so much you guys!) Would have given 5 stars but for BBQ badly needs replacing. All in all, a great house and lovely area to stay in! Highly recommend!

Our Family continues to enjoy all the fun things that come with this place. The views from master bedroom, kitchen and dinning area remain breath taking.
We love having the privacy of our own beach. We all look forward to roasting smores by the fire pit every night. Our children nag us every summer if its time for "our vacation on the lake!"
