We have stayed in both the Mallow and the admiral and thoroughly enjoyed both houses. They are a real home from home in an excellent location - about a 20min walk to Coleraine.
The houses are clean and provide every home comfort. There's enough room in the admiral for 9 people and 6 in the Mallow. Super value.
We are in the process of organising our next visit.
Enjoy your stay! -

We were a group of six who stayed in the admiral in May 2012. The house is lovely, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The Causeway Coast itself is easily reached and breathtaking. Trevor couldn't have been more welcoming and informative. This house is highly recommended.

We have stayed with Causeway Holiday homes a few times now, and the houses are just as lovely as when we first stayed, The houses are superbly decorated throughout, everything is clean and well thought out. The kitchen has everything you'll need (including a huge dishwasher) with a utility room adjoining. An area at the rear for bbq's etc. The lounge is very well laid out with huge settees to collapse on. The bedrooms are fantastic, even the smallest of the 4 bedrooms is a double size. Trevor and his wife are so friendly and welcoming we'd have no trouble in recommending this rental to anyone. 5 mins walk from Coleraine centre. We caught the trtrain from there and spent a day in Belfast, bus stops 2 mins walk from the house into Portestewart and another into Portrush, so the houses ae ideally situated to get around, Overall Bloomin Fantastic place !!!

We enjoyed our stay at The admiral. We were hoping for a nice quiet relaxing holiday. However we were wakened up by our neighbours 2 doors away at 06.30am every morning! This was due to lack of sound proofing in the building. Noise travelled through the house all the time.

Left on 06/14/2011 for a stay in May 2011
Eight Canadians who wanted a base for touring and seeing the nightlife. Admiral house was great for our needs. Clean, nicely decorated, large(with 4 couples, it was a bonus), quiet with bedrooms upstairs from kitchen/dining area, and comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts, especially a coffee maker. We never did figure out how to get adequate heat from the clothes dryer, made good use of the clothes line.
Admiral house is not that close to Coleraine town center-a good 20 min walk, but 5 min drive. Coleraine itself is very difficult to get around with one way streets. We stayed for 4 nights and got lost most times we came back. Restaurants seemed to close up early. -

The service we recieved as a family was first class, the owner was there when he said and showed us around. all facilities where very good. The location is brilliant for visiting Portrush/Portstewart only ten mimutes away. You can walk into Coleraine town in 15 mins, visit local parks or marina. We loved the layout of the house and the Large living room which was ideal for a family of 8. The thing we least liked was leaving at the end of the week.

Excellent property, we stayed in The admiral cannot speak highly enough of facilities and location. Trevor was there to admit us to the property exactly as arranged. The property was very well equiped, well maintained, clean, tidy and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, a short 15 minute walk into Coleraine town, only drawback is the walk is alongside a main road. 5 minutes drive into Portstewart and onwards to the Causeway Coast. We had occassion to stay in one night, for those who like to watch Television there is a limited number of channels, could maybe do with at least a Digital set top box. Overall Excellent and already thinking about a short break in the property next Spring.

A large, modern town house that was ideal for our needs. It can accommodate four couples or various family combinations very comfortably. Large kitchen diner, with utility room to the side, attractive living room, two ensuites, plus family bathroom on top floor and downstairs loo.
Everything was in excellent condition.
Qiuet location within easy drive of the beautiful north coast. Good facilities in Coleraine itself, once you have mastered the one way system. -

This is the second time we have stay in the house. The facilities were just as we remembered them from the first stay. Trevor definately deserves his 5* from the tourist board. Any problems - they were sorted out instantly. Trevor was alway polite & courteous, couldn't ask for better. We have and will continue to recommend Causeway Holiday Homes to anyone who cares to listen!!!

Left on 08/04/2010 for a stay in July 2010
With 3 adults and 6 children, I expected the house to feel small, but it didn't. The facilities were ideal for a large number of people, and adequate parking for multiple cars.
The postcode was not found by my Sat nav, however I just searched via the road name. The house is easy to find.
Located on the outskirts of Coleraine, it is a short walk to local shops, or parks. Lots of information was provided about what to do in the area.
We had good weather and found it was only a few miles away from a beach with sandcastle perfect sands and lifegaurds. Alternatively if you went into the Portstewart town centre, rock pools with a large variety of sealife (sea anemones, prawns, fish, seaweed, hermit crabs and crabs). Perfect for little boys to explore.
We had good weather however, if the weather is not kind, there are several indoor activities (Tuesdays are cheaper at the local cinema/bowling complex) and it is easy to travel to Belfast or Derry for some culture/shopping. -

Had a very enjoyable weeks holiday up in coleraine. My husband and I stayed in the ' The Mallow' , and my sister and her family stayed in the ' The admiral '. The house is in a very good location, near shops and restaurants etc, it catered comfortably for all our needs. It is a quick drive or a lovely walk into the town. Portstewart, Portrush and Castlerock are only a short drive away, making this an ideal location for a break on the North coast.

I'm from Spain. I stayed with my friends for five days in June. The Mallow is well situated to visit the coast, Giant's Causeway and so on...
The house is confortable, it has all amenities you need, we slept really well, the pillows were wonderful.
From my point of view, cleanliness could be better in the kitchen( above all the floor and the extractor hood), everything else in the house was O.K. -

The Admiral is a genuine 5 star and excellent. We could not fault it with its spacious, modern, bright and beautifully decorated interior. It made our weekend away feel like a real treat. The owner was professional and very helpful. The area is a quiet up-market residential cul-de-sac in walking distance of coleraine town. We have recommended it to friends already. Thank you.

The Admiral was so beautifuly modern and well furnished, It was a surprise to actually experience accomodation that was as good as it,s web page It was very clean and well equipped. It was well located. The owner was there to greet us, even though we were late arriving, he gave us a tour of the house explaining everything we needed to know. There was full instructions for us to follow if we had any difficulty operating any appliances. He provided us with some essential provisions as a welcome pack. After giving us a mobile contact number he was on his way. I would recomend to anyone, and maybe return some day.

The owner was on hand to welcome me and talk me through the few things I needed to know. The house was so spacious with plenty of room to spread out. All the rooms were decorated really well and tastefully and the place was spotlessly clean. I walked into Coleraine a few times which took just about 10 mins easy walking where there are some great little cafes and shops. The house felt like home straight away and really made our stay so comfortable and relaxing.

Nice welcome from Trevor Boyce,2 sets of keys supplied as requested, everything shipshape, had a most enjoyable stay and will possibly return next year. " negative comments were that the TV in the lounge wasn't tuned in to any British stations, thus no TV for the children and one of the single beds in the room where 2 singles are situated was found to be quite lumpy and uncomfortable. Otherwise a most enjoyable week.

We stayed in no. 36 The Mallows.
It's such a beautiful place. The house is so clean and tidy especially when you think of how many people go in and out all the time and for how long it's been there. It provided us with all the essentials we needed and just felt exactly like home. There was plenty of room in it and it was in a great location for our milk cup week. Would highly recommend this to anybody wishing to stay up here as it's just as good as any hotel, maybe even better.
Brilliant house. Brilliant week.

I stayed for a weekend with my partner and daughter. The house is immaculately clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. The owner, Trevor was attentive but not intrusive. By coincidence, I was one of the first guests to stay at "The Mallow" and was impressed by the fact that it has matured with age.
The location is 200 yars fron the arterial routes to the magnificent Causeway Coast, Portrush and Portstewart and we found it to be a joy of convenience. It is perfect for the UK holiday. -

The houses are in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Coleraine, a nice, quiet town near the spectacular North Coast of Antrim. The town offers all the shopping you need, and is walkable. Peolpe are very friendly, only if you are after a lot of evening entertainment this is nit ideal.
However, a mere 5 minutes drive away are the coastal resort towns of Portrush and Portstewart, which offer not only entertainment, but also very nice beaches. The world heritage site Giant's Causeway is 20 minutes away, the historical City Londonderry less than one hour, the mystical Sperrins ofer spectacular sites, and the Ulster American Folk Park is also reachable in about an hour.
In other words: I want to go back... The houses are excellent, very comfortable and have all amenities. And very good value for money - you pay much more for a sea view with probably less comfert, yet you are just a short ride away from the sea! -

I have stayed @ the Mallow & Admiral on various occasions & have found them to be to the highest of standards, comfortable & always clean. I have met Trevor each time that I have gone over to stay & find him to be a very helpfull & friendly person. My wife has stayed in other properties in NI which were not up to a very good standard so finding the Mallow/Admiral has been a real find for us. Each time we are met with a smile & a bottle of wine. We will continue to go through Trevor for our accomodation needs without any reservation when visiting Coleraine & look forward to seeing him in the future. In fact we are heading back in June & August so again thank you for being there.

My family and I stayed in this lovely spacious house last summer for a week and it really was a home from home. It's clean and kitted out with everything you need when you're away.
A very short car or bus ride will take you to the nearby resorts of Portrush and Portstewart and the beauty of the north coast..20 mins from the Giant's Causeway. In the house we were given lots of tourist info to help us plan our week.
If you want to just relax the size of the house ensures everyone has space and the back garden is fully enclosed with barbeque facilities.
We plan to go back again this year for another week and would highly recommend the house and its location. -
