Renting a vacation home on the Outer Banks of North Carolina was made very simple through the Kitty Dunes Rental website. Renting the house next to my son and his family was a dream come true. The house was so much more than we expected. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The large kitchen/dining area accommodated the entire group for breakfast and lunch. The beds were very comfortable and each room had its own TV. The master bedroom had its own private bath and walk-in closet. Thank you for the wonderful air conditioning. The yard was maintained beautifully. It was so much fun jumping into the canal for an afternoon swim and then rinsing off in the private outdoor shower. A very pleasant bonus was the use of the Collington Harbor Club pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Shift.
Check-in and check-out were very easy. The only negatives were the fees for any extras and having to pay a fee for the use of our credit card. In our state such a fee is paid by the business. Since I paid all the fees well in advance of our stay, I did expect our linens to be at the house by 4:00 P.M. check-in, instead of 5:00 P.M. or later. However, these are not major drawbacks and I hope to rent the Sea Shift again. -

We had a wonderful time. Very peaceful, comfortable. Loved the park near by and pool. Enjoyed being on the sound.
