If you want the water without the ocean, all the comforts you could want, a gourmet kitchn, and spectacular sunsets, this is the place to be!!! My only negative thought is the winding road to get to the development and to the house. It can be difficult to navigate at night.

Very nice house nicely maintained and very well equipped, perhaps the best kitchen we have seen in a rental in the last 20 years of stays at the Outer Banks. We will be back.

The house was fine the only 2 items that I would change is either a charcoal or gas grill and you can not dock a boat at the present dock due to the piling bolts are facing outand did soe damage to our boat even with all the fenders on a simple fix whould be to add rubber bumpers to the poles.
