It was very nice to deal with the owner, Ganeesha as she was straight forward and honest. Her local agent Roshan was very helpful and flexible during our stay at Crescat.
The location was awesome, since it was very close to restaurants, Crescat mall, the Cinnamon Grand hotel and to Gall Face Greens (ocean). We took walks every morning at the Gall Face Greens and flew kites some evenings.
It was great to stay at the 3 bedroom apartment with 2 little children instead of staying at a hotel, as the apartment provided ample space for them, a kitchen, and a clothes washer (in addition to other utensils) -

Having the luxury of such a spacious 6-person apartment, conveniently located right on the busy Galle Road, with great views of the coastline (down as far as Mount Lavinia), a Keells Supermarket in the basement -and Banks across the road - and, with cooking and washing facilities, made for a memorable 10-day stay. We are looking forward to a time in the future when we can re-visit. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Ganeesha.

The apartment was exactly as described and we found it to be wonderful in all regards. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, the bedrooms were very large, as was the apartment in general. All appliances are modern and we especially loved having the washing machine right in the apartment. The furniture was lovely, very comfortable, and in beautiful condition. Great location and everything was conveniently located. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in Colombo.

Spectacular view of the Indian Ocean in the heart of Colombo, 3 spacious bedrooms,a/c,modern amenities,wide screen TV, internet access,coffee shop, a food court with a sumptuous spread and a gym to get rid of your excess...
Ample space to accommodate as many as six adults.
Had a memorable stay and looking forward to it again!

Not only is this apartment centrally located in the heart of Colombo and beautifully decorated with lavish furnishings, but the owner was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The apartment was well kept, serviced, and cleaned frequently. The owner was friendly, prompt and quick to respond to our questions and concerns, making sure to take care of any issues immediately. In addition to the phenomenal service, the apartment is luxuriously decorated with spectacular views and is in a very convenient location. Overall, the service we received for this stunning apartment was absolutely outstanding, and the quality and price of the apartment was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit in Sri Lanka, and will be sure to use this rental again in the future.

The caretaker has always available and has maintained the property very well. By Sri Lankan standards, the property is very clean and all utilities were in working order.
One or two cockroaches in the property made my wife feel uncomfortable. -

The apartment was quite spacious and suited to our needs. It was clean and the overall service was good. the views out of all windows were breathtaking. We hardly used the kitchen facilities as we ate out most of the time. the location was very central and also well suited to our needs. We would definitely use this apartment again if we needed to.

I stayed with my husband and two teenage daughters in this beautifully decorated apartment, located in the heart of Colombo. It's connected to the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, and this provides easy access to all the shopping and restaurants. The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped. All the rooms have large windows, giving a great view of not only the ocean but the happenings of the city as well. The apartment has all the necessities, but is still luxurious.

I traveled with my husband and adult children. In all 6 of us stayed very comfortably at the condo. It was a beautiful apartment with large rooms and a beautiful kitchen and ocean views from all windows!!! Centrally located, it was just minutes from all of the activities surrounding the wedding for which we came to Sri Lanka.
