Spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and Bera Lake from ALL our recently furbished rooms. Master suite includes attached luxury bathroom. Two additional large bedrooms, with two additional bathrooms.

You will need to pay utility bills for your usage in addition to rent. Crescat apartments charge electricity at Rs 19.10 per unit, and water at Rs 69 per unit. Normally electricity charges come to around USD 7 or Rs 600-800 per day for moderate use, and water charges are nominal around US$2 per week. This can be more or less depending on your usage. Our agent will take meter readings at check-in and check-out in your presence.

What a beautiful property - my wife and kids were extremely happy to have picked this place and would go back without giving it a second thought next time. Not only it's great value for money, but it's comfortable, clean, convenient with stunning views. The owner was very efficient in responding to our emails instantly and we enjoyed dealing with her.

I found Luxury Crescat an excellent place to stay in Sri Lanka. It's very comfortable and cozy. It's centrally located and has all the facilities as that of a luxurious 5 star hotel. I definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again during my next visit to Sri Lanka

We stayed in Neha's apartment. I must say that the stay was very good and we enjoyed every minute of it. Apartment is spacious. Everything worked well. Location is excellent will access to all what you need in Colombo. We will certainly choose Neha's apartment t for our next visit to Colombo.

My family of 7 enjoyed every moment of our short stay at this apartment that catered for everything a tourist would want. Wonderful Panaramic views across the Colombo skyline(19th Floor) - rooms very spacious with clenliness and the apartment building very central to alot of activity i.e. Shops, restaurants and of course the beach. Neha the owner very helpful. The only small glitch whilst on a short stay - id cards need to be issued for the use of the swimming pool, which takes 3 days to process. Perhaps something that can be compromised with admin for the future. Anyhow a wonderful stay at the apartment.

I would consider this apartment value for money. Clean, comfortable and hassle free. Well furnished and good location.
Supermarket and shops available within 2 mins of apartment.
Plenty of restaurants within the vicinity of the apartment.

Amazing accommodation, right in the prime location of Colombo.
Myself and 4mates stayed here during the 2011 World Cup, when sri lanka beat New Zealand in the Semi Finals. We were fortunate that these apartments in the same complex as the Cinnamon Grand where the Sri-Lankan players were staying. We Witnessed an extraordinary night in Colombo.
With 3 bedrooms and a luxury living area, there's more then enough room for comfort and peace of mind.
The owner of the apartment Neha, is extremely easy to work with. She can workaround any issues to make sure her customer are happy.

Neha, first of all thank you for letting me and my family to your appartment and your professional approach with our reservation, and mostly the stress free dealings with yourself, and when I received the deposit of the accommodation the night before we were departing, I was extreamly impressed. So keep up the homesty! I also would like to thank your agent Jansz, who looked after us during our stay and he was extreamly respectful. The apartment is in an excellent location and has great views, we were lucky to see the Gangarama Perahara, security was great, I certainly will be back and will recomend this apartment.

Neha, the owner was extremley efficient and very prompt with her responses and our booking was done very smoothly. All our questions were answered very clearly and we felt confident that we had made the right choice. We stayed there during the Christmas/NY vacation and loved the location, the lovely Cinnamon Grand next door, the shopping arcade etc. The unit was very spacious, had everything that we needed and the staff at Crescat were very good and took good care of us. We are planning to go back and would not stay anywhere else. A big thank you again to Neha for her exceptional services.

I booked this apartment for my three daughters for their visit to Srilanka. My main concern was their safety, and was looking for a central location as well. I am so happy that I found this apartment, which was ideal for the girls. They have brought back nothing but good memories from their short stay in Srilanka. The view from the apartment is breath taking at night, and clean and cozy. Neha, the owner of the apartment went out of her way to make sure the girls had a good stay. I really appreciate her personalized business. I fully recommend this apartment without any reservations.

My husband, son and I enjoyed our stay at the flat very much and expect to come back for our future holidays. The owners and their agent were very helpful and attentive to our needs. All our requests were speedily and professionally attended to. We loved the very central location with easy access to take away food, fun shopping, groceries, cafee´s, restaurants(a fantastic rebated breakfast at the adjoining hotel Cinnamon Grand), hairdressers, massages, swimming pools and taxies. The flat had a very homely athmosphere with a beautiful view during the day and Colombo by night from the balcony. It felt like home away from home with all the holiday elements close by at hand. The flat is suitable for families, peole travelling on their own(high security in the building)and business people as well. As I finish of this review I wonder if I should just keep this my secret :-)

I was on holidays in Sri Lanka in February 2011. I was browsing the internet for apartments as hotel rooms are not what I wanted for my family. After many hours I settled on what looked good on the posted pictures of the apartment.
My experience from talking to the owner to returning our keys when we departed, this experience was extremely pleasant, This was my first time to rent an apartment in Sri Lanka and having no way of inspecting the apartment before I went there it was a bit stressful, however I was happy to find everything as per the conversations I had with the owner.
The keys were at the front reception, the apartment was clean, well presented, and it was airconditioned.
The location is great as you in the hart of the city, the views are spectacular.
I have recommended this apartment to other and we agree that it lived up to the standard we were looking for. I will be using this property the next time I visit Sri Lanka
I will recommend this to anyone.
