The apt is in the Cinnamon Grand Hotel complex, Galle Road, Colombo with access to a Mall, Supermarket, Food Court, Gym, Swimming Pool, etc., located in the basement. It contains 2 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (master suite,contains its own attached luxury bathroom with bath/jacuzzi) dining/living room, a modern kitchen , a balcony and it is fully furnished. It also comes with a parking space (in the basement). It is close to Galle Face Green, Fort, all shops, nightlife and other 5 star Hotels and has a view of the ocean.

We stayed in this apartment for 17 days,in March 2012.Everything what you see in the picture is correct.Furniture is excellent every thing in the apartment was was working in order and the apartment is well kept.The crescat building is a very safe place to stay.View is excellent.We never had to cook as there is food is available what ever you like at a very reasonable price at the Food court or even at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel.Walking distance to Galle Face Green.Easy access to transportation.We enjoyed our stay and will stay at this apartment in our future vacations in Sri Lanka. We will recommend this apartment to anyone without any hesitation.Owners Eranga and Priyanga are very nice people to deal with and very friendly. Denuke will look after your needs in Sri Lanka.Thanks You Very much Eranga,Priyanga and Denuke.

Having stayed at the cinnamon grand before and knew about the apartments they were an obvious choice Even though the apartments are a few years old they are still veryy tidy and effecient. Our host was fantastic with suitable check out times for our convenience . The use of the private residents pool is a must and the convenience of the food hall , supermarket and shopping mall located in the grounds is fantastic. Also the convenience of the many restaurants including the Italian and fish ones in the cinnamon are so handy . For another great eating experience try the Bavarian restaurant 100 meters up the road .

Our week's stay at the Crescat apartments got off to an excellent start when the owners were there to greet us at the entrance at 1am! Our flight from Perth, Australia, landed in Colombo just after midnight and it was lovely to have a tired family of three getting a warm welcome and shown around the apartment at that hour of the morning.
Our first impression of the apartment was that it was bigger than what we expected. The main bedroom was huge with an equally large bathroom. The sitting area was also big enough for us to entertain 10-12 friends most evenings. Although there is a kitchen with cookers and ovens we opted to get food from the food hall in the basement of Cinnamon Grand Hotel.
For convenience it is hard to beat the Crescat apartments. Being right next door to the Cinnamon Grand Hotel allows you to get taxis or transport any time of the day or night.
Colombo was hot during our stay and it was a relief to get inside the fully airconditioned apartment. We had to pay extra for the use of the airconditioners but we didn't mind it as the charges were pretty reasonable.
The apartment also has a washing machine so it was handy to have fresh clothes considering the sticky atmosphere in Colombo. If you feel you haven't sweated enough outside, the gym downstairs will help you shed a few kilos after all the good food and drink you are forced to consume when on holiday.
All in all the apartment was like a home away from home and we were very happy with our stay there. We will certainly be making use of the apartment during future visits to Sri Lanka.
