  The apartment has a fabulous location, overlooking the ocean, adjacent to the Cinnamon Grand Hotel (lovely restaurants and cafe's), and walking distance to the Galle Face Hotel. The apartment itself is quite new, nicely furnished and the bathrooms were very modern and clean. It is very spacious... much better than cramming into a small hotel room. The kitchen is well set up, and even has a washing machine/dryer, so convenient when you have young kids. The pool area has a shallow kids section, and has great ocean views also. Both times we used the pool, there was only one other person/family there. There is also a supermarket on the basement level... again, ever so convenient when you are travelling with kids. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying for 4-5 nights in Colombo.

  This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a good base in Colombo. The apartments are very new and modern, and furnished to a high standard. The place is walking distance to the Cinnamon Grand so restaurants and shopping is very accessible. It would have been nice if there was more than one key as there were three adults, but otherwise - a great place. The owner Thiru was very nice and helpful - and even called twice during the stay to check that everything was ok. The pool was an added bonus!
