The perfect place for a couple. A very spacious Studio with everything needed for a fantastic vacation.

The kitchen has a 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, electric appliances, big fridge with freezer compartment, all stainless steel pots and pans, plates and silverware. Even a rolling pin in case he comes home late and drunk. HA The faucet water is absolute clean and potable and there is also purified water at a garafon.

On the tiled roof is a shady Palapa to enjoy a great view over the bay and watch the beautiful sunsets with a happy-hour drink.

The King - size bed has a excellent orthopedic mattresses for a great night rest. Firm, but not hard with a close cell and memory foam layer. There is the option of 2 beds or a King Size bed.

The tiled patio is perfect for the breakfast in the morning sun. Later on it is nice shaded so it will be very comfortable for the Happy-hour drink.

It is so wonderful sitting outside with a night cap, the mild evening breeze rustled in the palm tree, star after star comes out at the velvet sky, the smell of the tropical plants tickling the senses; yes, this is vacation as it best.

Getting around

Since La Paz is NOT a tourist trap, the according infrastructure is missing. It is recommended to have a car to go around since the public transportation is very cheap, but very time consuming. The local bus leaves about every 30 minutes from the bus stop in the next village. If you can drive a stick shift, we give you a car for free. You only have to see an Agency to make the now mandatory insurance for it. If you want to, we also have a few bicycles.

Interaction with guest

Arrival is any day of the week and almost any time of day. We love to sit with the guests and mark anything to see on a map. We also be there any time for what ever is wished for. We are just a few steps away at the next house. There is also a free car and the driver only have to see an agency to make the insurance for it. It is now mandatory in Mexico.

Your infant and small child is fine and if your kids are well behaved they are welcome too.
We love animals and if the owner picks up after the business we love it even more.
What could be more enjoyable than a night cap on the tiled patio, listen to the waterfall at the pool beside it, enjoy the cigarette or a great Mexican cigar, but on the patio, not in the house please.
