Our beautiful home was built in the 1920’s and is full of historic charm! We are just blocks from the famous Broadmoor Hotel and minutes from downtown, Seven Falls and Garden of the Gods. With over 7000 sq. ft. our professionally decorated 7 Bedroom/5 Bathroom home can easily sleep up to 16 guests with plenty of room for us to make your stay joyous and memorable.

Our home also comes fully stocked with linens, towels, coffee, teas, spices, cooking utensils and paper products; everything you need to just enjoy and relax. We also provide a 24 hour "on call" staff to assist you in any issues you might have while staying in our home.

We are located at the base of Cheyenne Mountain, in the upscale residential neighborhood of Old Broadmoor. Just minutes from the famous Broadmoor Hotel we are perfect for housing your wedding guests, family vacations, conventions or just a fabulous get away!

There is a grocery store about 2.5 blocks away as well as great shopping and restaurants!

  We rented the house for a week in November 2012. The occasion was my Father's 78th birthday, the cast of characters included 10 adults, 6 kids (all under 12), 2 house trained dogs and the neighborhood deer herd. The communication with the owner was responsive and very clear. They have two houses and worked with us to decide which would work best. The contract was emailed and did not have any hidden costs. We paid a deposit plus a deposit for the dogs. Once you see the home, you will understand the deposits - this is a home. They have antiques and things from their travels around the world. Once we arrived, Terry spent the time to show my sister around the house, show her how things worked, the quirks an older home can have, and some history of the house. You really feel like you just came home to when you enter the back hallway.
  
  The house was perfect for a large family with my older parents and my 30 year old nephews young family. The nephew stayed in the wing with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Perfect for them and their 5 kids. My 12 year old nephew bunked down in the basement which has a bathroom and the full laundry. Which came in handy with little kids. The basement would be a great spot for teenagers, too. If they get cranky, just send them downstairs and leave food on the top of the stairs.
  
  My sister and her husband, our parents, my husband and I, and my 10 year old great niece all took the 4 upstairs bedrooms. The large and bright master bedroom shares a bathroom with a large room with a queen bed. The other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. It worked okay because each couple claimed a sink and that counter for their toothbrushes.
  
  The kitchen is not large but we managed to have 4 folks in there cooking while the little kids played on the patio outside the kitchen door. They have lots of plates, glasses and bowls. The only thing we sent my father home to get was a large stew pot. The perfect place for a family gathering. We will be back!

  I could go on and on about the memories we created while relaxing at La Chateau Bella. The location is convenient to all the major sites: Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, The Broadmoor, and many others. The home is set back off of the street and we never heard any street noise. The circle drive makes entering and exiting the property convenient. We stayed here with my extended family and everyone had a bed with beds to spare. The linens on all the beds are high thread count and most are sateen sheets (not usually found in a rental). When cooking dinner, we found all the comforts of home; carrot peeler, cutting boards, strainer to wash veggies, even grilling utensils. There was even a rolling pin! There was plenty of room for all of us at the large dining room table and we even used the cloth napkins! There are books available to read of all interests and many board games in the basement to entertain the kids. Some of the highlights include; Star Wars Life, Monopoly, and a K-nex set that the boys played with all week. I definitely recommend staying at this home.
